      please help me😢. I have been suffering from lower back pain since 5 months. Please listen to my story I will be so grateful 😢.
      I am a football player and 5 months ago i pulled my left lower back muscles... after that it feels like the pull recovered but the pain in si join and muscles around it didn't go. We tried every possible exercise ,medicines and checked xray and mri and found nothing helpful and found that I have a herinated disc and Some si joint problem...
      Please tell me a solution 😢😢

    First of all: keep up the good work
    your videos helped me a lot during this summer
    I had very bad back injury due lack of flexibility
    Now I almost regain my former strength & endurance
    but I workout and play basketball with fear (to re-injure myself)
    and I want to incorporate flexibility session (tight hams + lower back + spine health)
    Can you do a video about it ? (Real session not those of 10 minutes. session that build confidence in your body abilities)
    The video does not have to be long just list of moves, time and repetitions ..

    Hi Brad. Thanks for your videos I like your uncluttered style. I’ve mostly watched sciatica related stuff but have shoulder related questions! I am wondering if you have specific suggestions for “supraspinatus tendinitis and tendinopathy” and “subscapularis and infraspinatus tendinopathy” two diagnoses I got from my shoulder MRI exam.     Great video, Dr. Jared! I’ve always wondered if there are supplements that can complement these stretches and help support joint health for long-term mobility. Anyone have thoughts?

      Ella there are so many supplements in market avaliable but the most effective one which has provided relief to my father's joint pain was JointXl Plus , it worked well for him I recommend to try this product who are facing joint health related concerns.

    I just watched this video and the one posted recently on 5 exercises for rotator cuff. Is it best to do the exercises first and then the stretches or stretches first and then exercises?

    For the sleeper stretch is it normal for me to be able to put my hand to the floor and only feel a slight stretch from it

    What to do if my shoulder gets loose and kinda jumps out and back in, in the "sleeper stretch" ? I have even visited my local hospital to check it and they did ultra sound but found nothing more than a bit excess of liquid that went away after moving shoulder enough. So, never got any help cuz they didn't really care at all. Edit: Been like this for a few years.
