Unfortunately not, for some reason on this camera model it’s not an option. Strange though as it is on others. I think I mention this at the end of my video as a recommendation for a future software update which hopefully is possible. I’m currently testing the EZVIZ EB8 4G and that does have the feature! Random!
Hi! I bought this camera model, I connected it, everything worked perfectly, after a week I had a power failure, for which I had to set it up again. My question is if instead of a cable for electricity, a suitable solar panel could be connected? Thank you very much!
Hi there! So in regards to your question, EXVIZ do sell solar panels for their cameras…but they are only meant/recommended for the battery operated cameras. However I suppose it may work if you reduce the camera settings? EG. Lower the resolution, lower the detection sensitivity. But then that may defeat the object of having the camera! Sorry I can’t be more help. You could always try an EZVIZ solar panel from Amazon and then if it doesn’t work try and send it back maybe??
@@mcphoney Thanks for the help! I ordered the solar panel from EZVIZ, I'm waiting for it to arrive next week and try it. I will send you an answer, I hope it will be a positive one.
@@mcphoney ty anyway🙂 planning on getting the 2k version. i can try it out on my cisco and hopefully give some answeres. if it dosent work i can easily install an outlet, as i am an electrician 🙂
@Jonsen35 No worries! If I can find two minutes over the next few days (school holidays at present so time if limited!) I’ll try it out with a POE socket. It’s still connect set up outside but I’ll find a ladder! 👌
@@mcphoney So? Does it have PoE? I'm not a fan of plastic casings. Somebody could just throw a rock to it and your camera is out. I have a Foscam FI9661EP, which has such casing. A bit necessary as we have a front yard full of rocks. But I broke the camera a few days ago while cleaning the front wall. Although it is waterproof, somehow water still got in there, didn't notice it 'till hours laters, so a few of the components were 'under water' for quite some time. But this time I'm looking for a camera than can turn and scope around.
Apologies for the late reply! So I tried it out and it doesn’t appear you can delete a single file which is quite strange because you can do it on other EZVIZ models!
Hello. I have a question. It is possible to mark the area that I want to record as with other EZVIZ cameras? Thank you

Nice review 👍🏻
Thank you! 💪
What is the difference between the C8W Pro 3K vs H8 Pro 3K? They look the same except for the Operation Conditions.

can you use a poe switch to power it?
Hi there, to be honest I’m unsure but personally I doubt it. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful on that one!

Hello. Please tell me whether it is possible to delete a certain file rather than format the card.?????
