  • My wife’s Kia with a 2.7L DOHC Hyundai “Mu” engine was in need of spark plugs. So why not make a video of my struggles!
    You can also enjoy my rant over auto manufacturers need for useless covers and my Tim Hortons coffee.
    Because Canada eh!

    They put the cover on the engine to make the plastic components so that they break and you have to buy a new car. Heat evacuation in your engine compartment should be your number one goal. Remove plastic cover and place vents.

    Thanks for the video! I'm trying to work on my wife's '09 2.7l Kia Rondo. I wish a service repair manual existed for it. Having the same problem with the plenum on one of my son's 97 Toyota Avalon. I hate working on side set V6's

    This video was great help. Do you happen to know where cylinder 5 is?

      Yep. The cylinders on the backside, closer to the windshield are 1, 3, and 5. #1 closest to the passenger side and #5 on the driver side.
