Zink!? Thank you! I have an optional programmable stop on my organ named “zink” and I’ve never used it, much less knew the language used for it. Organs have stops with names from from Germany, Italy, England, and France. But I never really could determine were “ZINK“ came from.
So I learned something new today, thank you!
I happened upon your series of podcasts and have enjoyed all of them, and the lovely tone of you’re playing of the zink! As you stated, you like the Italian cornetto, but I think ZINK is kind of cool!

I love the sound of the cornett and you play it particularly beautifully. I do think that the cornett goes very well with human voices but I have lost count of the number of instruments I have heard described as closest to the human voice and I don't think it's any more true of the cornett than any other.
I have enjoyed watching these videos and you are a very accomplished player. The location is very beautiful. Is it Frederiksborg Castle?
[Edit] I should have waited to the end before asking about the location.

These short snippets of beautiful music and playing are really tantalising . If you read this , please , let me know , is there a CD of it ? Thank you .

I see you use the old embouchure, with the mouthpiece placed off the center of the lips. I've read this had been used most often in Italy, to produce a less strident tone than a center mouthpiece permission would permit. Is this true?
