- Things can always get heated between drivers and officers during a stop. So it’s important to both know your rights and to know how to stay cool when discussions get tense. But even when you keep your cool, officers may take it up a notch and behave in ways that aren’t on par with the law. That is why documenting encounters with officers is always a good idea. Just in case. And in times when the police are not respecting the law, you have to hold them accountable and sue. The sad part is, that the settlements also come from taxpayer money, and not from the salaries or pensions of those police officers who broke the laws they should be enforcing. Stay safe and informed!
Subscribe and hit the Notification Bell to join me on my series about police encounters and true crime! I talk about wild and mind-boggling cases that really get into what makes people tick, and the crazy stuff that goes on both in the law enforcement and the criminal world.
I enjoy telling cool stories and interesting facts. I make my videos for educational and informative purposes and try to provide you with insights or lessons to explore and think about. Any lawsuit involving abused by police needs to affect their pensions directly
Absolutely
Yup jus like tht
Needs to affect their freedom directly.

All Lawsuits need to be taken DIRECTLY from their Salary and Pension !

@@SlayerPDXwhy does he get to keep it ? just curious
@tbls0 Qualified Immunity is very hard to remove. They have to prove the officer KNOWINGLY violated their rights. In order for that occur, there either has to be video evidence that the officer was aware that he or she was violating these rights or something that is known as legal precedence. This allows the courts to tell the officer that since it has been upheld in a court before it can be upheld now.
All the cop has to say is that he didn't know he was violating his rights and his qualified immunity kicks in.

He needs to be fired today. What an idiot.
That attitude is what is wrong with our public employment system they need to be retrained to respect the citizens and uphold their oath of office.
Calls himself a "peace officer"
I voted Biden for police reform. Nothing has happened.
@@carpediemarts705like they said, there's no fixing stupid. You're f***** man. Nobody can help you. You'll have to be stupid for the rest of your life apparently.😅
That cop needs to get fired and sued for that 😡😡🤬
contempt of cop ..... JBTP should be fired and SUED for destruction of private property. "Window tint" is NOT a reason for a pullover. Illegal search and seizure. Abolish qualified immunity. "Roll the window down" is NOT a lawful command.
Chill
Well done, every comment you made is incorrect lmao. Supreme court has upheld police ability to do everything you said.
All the idiot had to do was order him out of the car. THAT would have been a lawful order.
They should be fired with no pension & sentenced to jail time.
This is an old video. The driver got sentenced to 3 years and lost his job. Cop got an award for bravery and promotion, currently serves as the chief of police.
@@jamescarbon3853sounds like you need to post the Officer’s Name, Count, City, and the drivers name!
The county should be sued.
The cop should be fired.
Take everything he owns and his freedom for 10 yrs. Also sue the police union to.
You just witnessed a mature man with an immature mind. He will write it up to justify his stupidity and since all his supervisors are like him... nothing will happen.
Cops needed psychological assessment every 6 months
Every week
They'd assess each other. Nothing to see here
Daily
NO INDEMNITY! No Qualified Immunity… EVER!!!⬅️👀
Peace officer. How have I not heard of this comedian?
Fired, sue, and charge those thugs.
Nothing says that you can’t fire if you feel justifiably scared for your life.
Violently breaking my window and breaching my door angrily feels like my life is in danger.
🤷🏻♂️
Problem is you'll end up dead before you're ever found not-guilty.
😂
Defunding the police doesn’t sound so crazy after all…. DOES IT? OUT OF CONTROL COPS.
The State Attorney General should view this video and take action.
Hahaha the attorney general is part of the same Zionist gang!
He is part of the gestapo establishment. Only the uprising of the little people gets their attention.
Probably all corrupt
Bro whatever attorney saw that video probably got cartoon money eyes after it
As a Retired Texas State Trooper, this Police Officer violated the driver’s 4th Amendment. The Amendment protects people from illegal search and seizure.
This officer needs to be fired and he needs to receive training on the 4th Amendment. This is a pretty simple case, of what Police Officers should Not do.
Not sure what good results from training an ex-LEO.
These anima look s are accustomed to it.
What's the point of training if he's fired
@richardguzman8234 thank you for being honest and not protecting a tyrant. there are some good .
How did he violate his 4th Ammendment rights ? Screw the drivers safety it's the officer who needs to be safe and be able to see inside the vehicle and see the drivers hands.
Start SUING THE INSURANCE COMPANY that insured the police department/ city/ county.
I’m an insurance adjuster. These municipalities have self-insurance, or Retentions (kinda like a deductible, but not). Anyway, within that amount, usually $500,000 to $3,000,000 on average, they are in charge of defending these lawsuits.
Also, unless you live in Louisiana, you can’t sue another persons insurance company
@@loriace9841 thanks for the info.
Sue for his bond
That's a complete menace to his community.
This is why they’re hated. This is why I stopped supporting these tyrants. They’re out of control
and they have the gall to auto-call asking for donations
Yeah whatever positive public service the police may have provided back in the day, they don’t provide that anymore. They lost their way somewhere along the line. Now they just scare and intimidate people, get people thrown in jail for petty things, squeeze money out of the populace, and secure rich people’s property with deadly force. Shit needs to change.
You seen the video of the acorn hitting the car and the cop starts shooting (missed every shot btw lol) screaming he was hit?
But it was just an acorn hitting the car 😂 but the fucker is on the ground "shots fired shots fired" "I'm hit"
Anyone that supports these losers?
Is an idiot, no if ands or buts.
And we thought the Iranian police were Tyrants. At least They don't call themselves 'Heroes'...
Why is it that so many cops, even the better ones, think that ANY command they give you is a "lawful" one?
stop saying "think" when you should say "say"
@@juzeus9 My wife, the English professor, says that my verbiage was correct. She adds that I could have used the word "believe."
@@theflash1425what he is arguing is that the cops know that not every command they give is a lawful but they still say it.
They are purposefully lying and saying it.
@@marc68521 I appreciate what you're saying, but i'm not so sure that most cops are doing that. I think that many of them, if not most, truly believe that they can give any reasonable command and it must be followed as.a "lawful order". If it's not followed, they resort to threats and intimidation. When that doesn't work, they feel like they have to follow through on their threats (usually arrest, and jail). Sometimes I wonder if the "threats and intimidation" part isn't actually taught at the police academies!
@@theflash1425 I have faith in the training that they aren’t trained to believe that all orders they give are lawful. I do think intimidation tactics and a lot of other bs stuff they do is taught but police officers fired for doing stuff like this would never happen if it was taught as that would be grounds for them to sue.
Now in general we may disagree on if they know or not but my main purpose was to explain what the other guy was saying more than to debate what happens
The Right Of People To Be Secure In Their Person's Houses Papers and effects Against Unreasonable Searches And Seizures Shall Not Be Violated!!!
A right to be secure in their: person, property, papers, and effect. And not be subjected to unreasonable searches or seizures without a warrant.
An unlawful stop should be vehemently defended against by exercising our 2nd Amendment until every threat is permanently neutralized.
The problem with that is so many people will say it, but nobody will actually do it when it comes to that.
This is absurd these cops should be held accountable for their actions
I'm from the UK.
I love when they say peace officer when in fact there is nothing peaceful about them.
I hope this man sued the department for everything they have.
Chaos officer 🤣
And our Supreme Court ruled that police have no obligation to help anyone. This happened multiple times after letting multiple people die due to refusal to help
Wow, that is so out of control.
He should be sacked and you should sue .
They cannot force you to allow themselves to collect evidence. You’re under zero obligation to allow them to test your tint, same goes for field sobriety tests.
Dinosaur Cops that have no clue of the law
Hell is full of cops who thought that they didn't need to be decent human beings because they had authority
Not enough of them he e made it there yet though.
A "peace officer"
Nah, a tyrannical thug
Citizen safety is more important than your orders
That cop is absolutely insane. Wind window up and call lawyer.
