Hello Mary. I remember from your books that your have a Zen background. I am very interested in the differences and similarities of the non-dual vs mindfulness approaches. I mean approaches where you leave your attention run free without control vs focusing your attention to do certain things (observe the body, the thoughts, generate gratitude, love, etc) I love to explore how those 2 are different and similar and would love to hear your take if your consider it interesting. Are we reinforcing something when we "try to do", are we "disappearing", allowing life to run through us when we just focus on "letting go". Doing vs not doing, zooming in vs zooming out, etc Thanks a lot!
