That's what makes it so hard to throw anything away!! Hence the chaos!

Making little embellishment clusters like this is one of my favorite things to do, especially when I'm on a Zoom call! It's like doing a puzzle and I usually get into a flow state...I take my favorites and put them into a journal of their own instead of hoarding them for use in a bigger project later! Sometimes I take a pic and sometimes I just grab that stapler.

I agree! They are really fun to make and so useful to have on hand!

Hi Erin, I just cleaned out and organized my scraps this week too! I enjoyed watching you tackle the gluing dilemma…..top down or bottom up? 🤔 That’s when I grab, as you mentioned, my stapler! Thank you for sharing your organizing method and process! Looking forward to seeing these in your art. PS… after you added the last piece to the yellow tag I saw a city building scape emerge! If you tuck the white piece behind the Kraft piece you’ll have another building shape and add a little line work and voilà a city scape!

I can see the city scape too now that you pointed it out. Maybe I will play with that and see what I can make of it! Thanks!!

This motivates me to organize my scraps. Love the bin! I need to find one similar or make a glue basket! Haha!
When I have small collages like these I tend to put a large size deli sheet on top of the pile, flip it over and then I can glue it in the same order. I don’t think I explained that very well!

I think this bin is specifically for kitchen organization but it works pretty well for me when it's not stuffed to the brim! The "deli paper flip" (I think we just coined a new term!) is a great idea! I will definitely try it!!

I love your organizing bin for your scraps! I currently have a basket and it is not user friendly. These scraps are so fun you put together. Great idea to use as the front of a greeting card like we learned in Fodder School :). I so enjoy your channel and your creativity!
