This accident, point to the Design Engineer my dear South African Gov. Checks and RAs for the road and monitoring systems - Dololo. They built and like all other bridges in Mzansi, Pockets-closed books. No-Emergency, No-Fire fitting and No-Polices No-Eyes over all our bridges and most remote areas in SA. The area covers more than a Kilometer, No signal, No monitoring or cameras and No patrollers. Who should be an Eye of these places Days&Nights and many more others like. RC analyses - Dololo.

You people are just too negative these days... President had to visit so he can give full report to the government of Botswana. And people of Botswana aren't going to vote for ANC😅

He is a chief mouner There is nothing wrong because President of other country was visiting scene of crime. That is protocol. Remember if I'm visiting your place, your daughter welcomes me while you are present it shows i am unwelcomed.Under normal circumstances is not according to our culture and all cultures.

Now I understand why Zimbabwe emphasises fire extinguishers in cars, imagine as drivers just watching with nothing to do, to help put out the fire.😢

People must stop blaming emergency personnel they tried no body knows when exident is going to happen were some places are far n those people also called the police y they don't call emergency numbers like 112 so that all stations can pick the report, by doing so some emergency responses could have arrived foster, the people of our country need training about lot of things aspecialy those in rural areas course they are far from many things. Government must visit rural areas or villages and provide free emergency trainings like fire fighting and first aid .this is happening in many places here in limpopo, I am from GA matlala in 2017 there was an exident between phofu and dibeng village were we waited for an ambulance from 16h00 til 18h44,4 people were endured and we end up losing one live,Government need to build more hospitals next to rural areas.not many schools course they end up closing them course there are less children or students o those schools y they don't turn them in to hospitals or clinics. I drive for more than 21 kilometers be 4 hospitals and I take lesthan 40 minutes but Ambulance take more than two hours to be at my village always governments must allow us to take our own people to hospitals with our own vehicles and treat us as emergency. They must Chan all this apartheid laws in creat law, rules and procedures according to our resend lifestyle.

Useless visit from Ramaphosa. Instead of improving safety on our roads they wait for such heart-tearing accidents to occur.

@@tumelokekana6451 The question still stands. What caused the accident? What you need to do quickly, your sentence construction is below standard. What do you mean by second sentence?
