Omg I can totally relate with you. I use to be able to wear anything throw it on and look good. Lately I've been having mental break downs cause I have noticed fine lines coming in and my under eye lines are getting more pronounced My hubby tells me I need to deal with it and embrace it but as a woman getting older is hard. My mom always tells me though we earned those lines and be thankful we are alive to see them.
It really is hard especially when we’re used to looking a certain way. I’ve noticed since getting older though I really look at people differently and I notice the way people shine and it’s coolest thing ever because I wasn’t like that before. So I think be softer in the judgments against yourself and focus on those cool assets 😉!!

Also have you tried the moira cream priming eyeshadow pots? Total mac paint pot dupe for 7 bucks! I'm really enjoying peach beige for a base but I also got black for multichromes and the rosy shade for a simple eye look. They stay all day no creases even on my 42 years old lids!

I still really believe that if you try the Boyfriend perfume again that you will love it. It’s exactly what you describe as the things you love, but it HAS to be sprayed directly onto the skin. It’s very Jazz Club meets By the Fireplace with more vanilla imo. It’s so so good.

I bought the Makeup by Mario Ethereal eyes, and I agree that it’s like a beautiful day-time subtle glam. Which I didn’t really have in palette form. It’s hard to be heavy handed with it, it does look best very blended out like you say.

Have u tried applying these super pigmented powder blushes with a fan brush? That's how I use my dior (I have both the pink and coral) and I use a rephr 20 and it works.
I love the Marshmallow Fireside from B&BWs.....i feel like the throw is candle dependent. Some of mine have had such a good throw, & some don't. I find this across all the scents i love.
I agree with your points about the Mario palette and they’re also why it’s the perfect palette for me. I don’t do detailed eye looks because with deep-set eyes and wearing glasses, none of that hard work is even visible on me. And with older skin, one wants a more diffused, softer look. It’s just more flattering. I also don’t have much of a makeup collection, this palette replaced That’s Taupe which has served me well but it’s time to move on after a couple of years. So far I love it!

On that note, I know what you mean about not knowing your thoughts 100% on the Makeup by Mario palette. I wasn’t that impressed with it personally. Lots of dusty shadows, although the shades are very nice. The toppers are all basically the same shade when you apply them to the eyelid and they irritated my eyes even though I tried them with a glitter glue as well as without. The packaging is gorgeous too but there was something missing for me as well. I returned it because I just wasn’t excited about using it.
Nest candles have amazing scent throw if you haven’t tried. After Christmas last year I bought a set on a discount and finally busted them out. The Holiday and Birchwood Pine scents are Christmas spirit in a candle.
I’d love to see you try out the Blend Bunny all done up palette! I was waiting on her to come out with good neutral shades, and I picked it up! The sparkles in the palette are Stunning!! I want Lauren Maes looks tho to see what to do with it!

I love the Gucci pressed powder bronzers. I own shades 2 and 3. They give a little bit of glow, but very natural. As for the Melt Raw Honey duo, I LOVE that product! I use the darker shade as a very glowy blush, or both shades combined as a blush topper. However, my skin tone is different than yours (I’m light medium to medium, depending on how tan I am, and neutral olive), so that may play a part in how it performs on you vs me.
I agree with you on the Patrick Ta blush! I have pan on the cream and the powder is barely touched, it ends up being patchy on me, especially if I only wear it. I'll justpan the cream and be done with the product. I'll sure buy a blush when he releases cream blushes (it's such a trend, eventually he's gonna do it)
Oh I just finished the video. Regarding the perfume decision-go ombré leather! Jazz club is lovey but ombré is such a cool scent and it will let you forever. Plus your partner can probs wear it too

Pro-tip for anyone who loves the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream but goes through it too fast! It was the only moisturizer I could use (combo skin, dry on cheeks, acne-prone), everything else broke me out, but I found that the Tula Day-to-Night Cream is just as good but lasts much longer! I get the supersize so the price is actually pretty similar but I don't need much at all so it lasts me about 5-6 months and it's a pretty clean product too.
I got the Replica candle too. I honestly don't burn it. I just sit it on my desk and can smell it while I'm working. I agree it's too expensive, but I love the smell.

You may want to try Candles by Victoria if you are looking for a good Marshmallow Fireside candle. I buy from Victoria’s shop quite often and haven’t had a dud yet. Her candles have a great scent throw, there are a thousand scents to choose from, and you are supporting a small female-run business. She has a scent called Marshmallow Campfire which I think is what you are looking for, but I haven’t purchased it. It gets good reviews. Theres also a BR540 and other Campfire scents.
I had the Sunday whatever scent in the Replica candle in the same size and it was horrible too. You could BARELY smell it. No throw at all! Definitely grab the perfume and leave the candles alone.🚫🕯️ Yeah, the Skylar Vanilla was AMAZING! I ended up getting it for $20 on Ipsy.
What sunscreen do you wear under the primer? I feel like when I apply my primer it seems to make my face pink, like I have wiped away my tinted sunscreen.... just curious what you wear ty!
I also picked up the Caudalie Beauty Elixir spray. Actually, I picked up the full size and the mini. I love it so much. I’m a huge candle lover and I want something that will fill my home. I actually found three very inexpensive candles that are fantastic. The first two are from Better Homes and Gardens in the three wick 18 oz (Warm Leather Amber with Amber, Oud, Vanilla Bean, Mahogany, Incense & Cacao scent notes and Farm Apple Pumpkin with Apple, Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Orange & Maple Butter scent notes). Those two candles last forever and smell fantastic. My daughter’s friend said she loves our house because it smells so good. It’s those candles. The third candle is really inexpensive and the brand it’s my first choice for candles but this particular candle in the 20 oz jar is so good. It’s the Mainstays Mulled Cider. All three candles can be found at Walmart!
Boxycharm has a tinted eye cream by Tynt for super cheap and I love it. It keeps my under eyes hydrated but not greasy and actually has decent coverage. I think I got 2 for $7 maybe? It’s a new favorite for me

Agreed about P Ta blush being too pigmented. I think I figured that tapping it off on my microfibre towel helpful before going in on the cheek. Hope that help (probably not LOL). :)

Lol, that’s how I feel with the Patrick ta blush! I have same color. I actually do like the powder, though. But…. Just like you I put it in and it’s too much! Then I feel like I need to do the cream on top and then by that time I went WAY over board with blush! I struggle, too, applying just the right amount of the powder so I can still add the cream. Sometimes I give up and do just the powder, lol.

I regret the ABH Rose Metals palette. I don't recommend at all and I love ABH shadows.

I get the supersize so the price is actually pretty similar but I don't need much at all so it lasts me about 5-6 months and it's a pretty clean product too.
I got the Replica candle too. I honestly don't burn it. I just sit it on my desk and can smell it while I'm working. I agree it's too expensive, but I love the smell.

You may want to try Candles by Victoria if you are looking for a good Marshmallow Fireside candle. I buy from Victoria’s shop quite often and haven’t had a dud yet. Her candles have a great scent throw, there are a thousand scents to choose from, and you are supporting a small female-run business. She has a scent called Marshmallow Campfire which I think is what you are looking for, but I haven’t purchased it. It gets good reviews. Theres also a BR540 and other Campfire scents.
I had the Sunday whatever scent in the Replica candle in the same size and it was horrible too. You could BARELY smell it. No throw at all! Definitely grab the perfume and leave the candles alone.🚫🕯️ Yeah, the Skylar Vanilla was AMAZING! I ended up getting it for $20 on Ipsy.

I’m a huge candle lover and I want something that will fill my home. I actually found three very inexpensive candles that are fantastic. The first two are from Better Homes and Gardens in the three wick 18 oz (Warm Leather Amber with Amber, Oud, Vanilla Bean, Mahogany, Incense & Cacao scent notes and Farm Apple Pumpkin with Apple, Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Orange & Maple Butter scent notes). Those two candles last forever and smell fantastic. My daughter’s friend said she loves our house because it smells so good. It’s those candles. The third candle is really inexpensive and the brand it’s my first choice for candles but this particular candle in the 20 oz jar is so good. It’s the Mainstays Mulled Cider. All three candles can be found at Walmart!
Boxycharm has a tinted eye cream by Tynt for super cheap and I love it. It keeps my under eyes hydrated but not greasy and actually has decent coverage. I think I got 2 for $7 maybe? It’s a new favorite for me
I'm so surprised about that Dior blush. I thought for sure you were going to love it. I bought it in both colors when it first came out a few years ago, and I love it. I wonder if they changed the formula since it's release?

Agreed about P Ta blush being too pigmented. I think I figured that tapping it off on my microfibre towel helpful before going in on the cheek. Hope that help (probably not LOL). :)

Lol, that’s how I feel with the Patrick ta blush! I have same color. I actually do like the powder, though. But…. Just like you I put it in and it’s too much! Then I feel like I need to do the cream on top and then by that time I went WAY over board with blush! I struggle, too, applying just the right amount of the powder so I can still add the cream. Sometimes I give up and do just the powder, lol.
