My thought too. The angle seems right they all connect to each other. And the order seems to match too ... at least for the first ones I saw. Each is aligned left of the previous pick: Plains -> Island -> Island -> Swamp -> Mountain ...
"How do you know if it'd a galaxy foil?" I'll tell you Rudy, it's really hard to tell but if you know what to look for you can spot it. Ready? It's the card with the foil galaxies all over it.
A card is legal based on the name printed on the card. None of these are dual lands, however there are a few cases, where the land was miscut vertically rather than horizontally, where you would have mountain printed across the top of the card and island printed across the bottom of the card, and in that case, it would be a legal dual land
From an EDH standpoint....everyone focused on Saw in Half, but Starlight Spectacular and Exchange of Words are VERY playable cards, with the former being on par with Cathars Crusade
Rudy! What a wild Galaxy, Miscut adventure... Jackpot. Unfinity has had a lot of printer issues based on lgs owners feedback. Acorn is non-legal, yes. Galaxy foils are the one glittered all over the card.
Nice pulls. This set is incredibly brutal. If you don't hit a galaxy shock and a decent pull in the box topper, you usually end up with an EV of around $40-50. I had about as much fun opening my CE box as I did with Midnight Hunt ::shudders::
you get 8-12 euros from every galaxy foil land and 2-3 euros from normal foil lands and you get 12 each if you dont get shocks. so there is no way there is 40-50 Dollar EV boxes
Love the misscuts! 6 of them! They will look REAL nice in your binder, trying to put them in order so you can see the error continuing in the other cards. Beautiful!
Holy jackpot! My boxes were almost as good, but still paid for themselves. I was up about $80 in value over what I paid. The galaxy foil basic lands were in high demand at my LGS so I sold a bunch to them too.
2:18 nice miscut indeed :D 11:15 yes, it's a move that I actually like! it would be nice if the Unset would have not been produced during an over-flow of "set"s
The galaxy foil basic lands are like $8-12 per alone. The galaxy foil shock lands are like $80-150 per. The normal shock lands are running like $25-50 per. Of the rest, not a ton of value, maybe $5-12 each for a handful of galaxy foils, but the rest is pretty cheap. Those miscut cards might go for a lot, especially with this video proving the box opening. I'd say this is a homerun
The QC is so bad. I used to not care much about it, but every set, it gets worse. It's awful. And the borders are always beat up fresh out of the pack. Torn to bits.
Both of those boxes are insane. I opened 2 cases and only got 4 Galaxy foil shocklands. Never got a second shockland in any box. That's why the box price is so low. I wouldn't pay more than $110 for a box.
un sets are just my fav. been building the set, attractions and sticker sheets have created there own pain and in my openings have a rarity of their own, like mystery booster openings they have commons that were rarer to pull then mana or rystic... I enjoy un sets, flipping through all the complete sets when magic is losing it's touch for me always keeps my care. Also the link on wizards to order all will be one from amazon is broken lol, shhh but funny.
The Boxes were hot. Those space jaces are legal and at least one of them were galaxy. There was a galaxy saw in half. 2 Galaxy shock lands is better than expected. Also, all those miscuts are galaxy foil. This was a decent opening and I believe it's stellar as far as Unfinity goes.
Wow nice! I have only opened 1 collector booster so far from that set and it was a galaxy foil shock land. I doubt I'd continue with that luck so I stopped opening them after that lol
You definitely don't get one galaxy foil shockland a box, so those were some great pulls. I also think I saw two galaxy saw in half, which is also really good.
The galaxy foil is the last spot. You got 2 out of 2 which is amazing! Both boxes I opened had 1 regular foil shock and 1 box topper that's it. Some boxes I've seen had none. You did extremely well. The breeding pool and godless shrine are both 100$ plus cards. The planet galaxy foils are all around 7-10 depending but only the ones with planets. The other ones are a dollar or less. Most boxes have 1 shock regular foil and 1 box topper that's the average and it's supposedly 1 out of every 3 boxes I think but the odds should be on the back of getting a Galaxy foil shocks. I believe it's a 3% chance of getting 1 each pack but it may be a 1 % I can't remember. You did extremely well and actually made your money back. There is also a few galaxy uncommons worth almost 20 bucks as well as saw in half which is a rare and worth 6-12 depending which version you get. These boxes are great if you need lands and want pretty basic lands but it's way cheaper to just buy regular shock foils for the price of 1 pack each.
Two boxes, two galaxy foil shocklands, along with nine egregiously miscut galaxy foil basics. I don't think you'll ever find a more lucky Unfinity unboxing anywhere on TH-cam
The space lands in infinity pushed me to collect full art basic lands going all the way back to the first Un sets. Gorgeous and not too expensive to collect. Though there are 15 basic full art lands in the new set alone...
Open more of this. It’s rare to see a new MTG set with art that’s actually fun and interesting rather than the same old elf they’ve contracted someone to draw a million times.
It's just the foiling. The shocks only have one art. The basics have two versions. Planetary have the symbol/atom at the bottom, the Outer Space versions are more rare.
How many assumptions is Rudy gunna make? Pulled the godless shrine galaxy and a 3 shock box and is like is this good is this galaxy foil? Where's the texture lol? Thank you Rudy for the laughs every morning.
Sorry but there is no way that any of those miscut foil lands will be worth anything.. especially with the amount of misprints and just total lack of quality control in WOTC right now.. this isn't 2010.. way to hype some rubbish..
It's the type.. Mostly the fact you can see the 2nd card.. The premium will also increase because it's an un set and increase even more because they are in the galaxy foil slot.. I could see those selling for anywhere from $50-$200 each.
Since the actual foiling doesn't show in the pictures on TCG but the art matches. The Breeding Pool is around 100 bucks listed and the Godless Shrine 122. So I assume the stary cool foiling is the galaxy. The box toppers are about 40 a pop and the last land is the cheapest at 22. All prices mentioned are roughly market prices. Buy list are obviously less. The galaxy basic lands seem to list at around 10 a pop as well. Lots of value in these for the price. Nevermind those sweet sweet FB misprint group goldmines.
@@Invictus-Solaris Yeah I keep hearing how much value is in these but they're the cheapest product I've seen in the UK lately. I've seen draft boxes for as low as £65. Something's up.

Congrats on the miscuts, friend! That's ridiculous!
Line up all of those miscuts. They should be worth more if they all came from the same sheet and are in series/sheet alignment as a group.
My thought too. The angle seems right they all connect to each other. And the order seems to match too ... at least for the first ones I saw. Each is aligned left of the previous pick: Plains -> Island -> Island -> Swamp -> Mountain ...

Those 2 boxes are about the best you can hope for when opening Unfinity CE. Great pulls, not even counting the miscuts.
I thought it was average, but then again I got the galaxy foil breeding pool 😝
right? and he powered right past a galaxy foil saw in half

That Plains misprint is a legal dual land. Change my mind.

And the follow up to that can be Underwhelmed
Not even talking about the miss cuts, but just the basic lands look absolutely gorgeous.

I thought the same exact thing. Can’t tell me a man who is this invested in magic doesn’t know

I wonder if you could line up the miss cuts and see if they line up together. That’d be dope to see in a card binder.
probably as you could predict the next basic based on the frame on the left
They do line up :)
