Good review. It's nice to see a young person with proper grammar. Does the brake hold release automatically when you put pressure on the brake or accelerator?
I have the same model and I changed mine. I just got an LED bulb from an auto parts store and if I remember correctly, all you have to do is twist out the bulb from the housing and just replace the bulbs.
It was more of a "looks" preference. I like how LEDs look compared to the standard halogen bulbs. As good as the halogens were, the LEDs work just a bit better for me.
I installed them, kit was from Amazon from a brand called Govee and it was very easy to install. The wiring can get a little tricky when trying to hide it but you just have to tuck some of it under either the carpet or some of the trim pieces.
Just a little FYI for you... Driving towards vehicles that have LED headlights really sucks! They are worse than high-beams. LED headlights should be illegal!!!!
LED lights are fine when they are leveled properly. My LEDS are not extremely bright and are aimed slightly down to not bother drivers passing by. I understand the frustration with LEDS.

I appreciate the comment! So, brake hold will release automatically if you apply pressure to only the accelerator.
I purchased a black 2019 EXL with 28k miles. I would like to upgrade my headlights to the led . Did you change bulb ? Or entire light housing ?
I just swapped out the bulb which was easily accessible once you pop the hood.

Best mpg I was able to get was around 30 on the highway.
