It's difficult at work to not be included in lunch activities and parties with food because no one understands what you can and cannot eat. Thank you for such great content! I've found some new recipes to try at home, as well.

I've never tried...
My trouble is finding brand of tortillas that don't tear and crumble when you try to roll them.
Are you using corn, gluten-free or grain-free tortillas? Most flour tortillas (if they're fresh) should not crumble when rolling.
Anyone else have an egg intolerance with their gluten allergy.
