I am 47 and only just discovered for myself through a lot of videos and research that I have a thyroid problem and adrenal fatigue and can’t have gluten or dairy or anything non organic and that’s just the start. Every day I’m in tears and hungry due to being scared of what I can or can’t eat and triggering my fatigue or bloating in my stomach. At this rate I’m going to end up dead either through lack of food or stress and depression

Im dibiatic and beans were a lifesaver when it came to balance of bloodsugar. Also quinoa is a gluten free PROTEIN. and is great for making bread that isnt all starch.

Whatever you do, try to avoid every grain. So also Quinoa, buckwheat, sorghum, millet, Rice and corn. For instance corn gluten are very bad for celiacs. Yes they have zein gluten!

If you drink organic milk and cheese, you will be ok as the cow is grass fed, but most farm feeds are gluten and chicken feed is gluten, I was still getting sick from them till I swapped to grass fed and organic, and butter made from vegetables, thought this might help someone ❤

    Hang in there. 💪
You should still see a doctor to make sure of your condition, and get advice to improve it. Also, look into mindfulness. It keeps you focused on the moment you're in now, so you're not wishing you were in the past or overthinking your future negatively. Also find things that you are grateful for every day, and that will help to keep you from getting depressed. ✌️

I’ve found MOST processed foods have gluten. But I have a true allergy and health issues so I cook everything from scratch! I am glad a lot of healthy people are choosing less gluten, but it isn’t the same to be gluten light, vs a health concern where you just can’t have any touch of gluten! Most dairy are not gluten free unfortunately. There is no labeling - so I have found steering clear of anything saying ‘natural’ anything is the best bet. The milks that say grass fed, i end up with hives most of the time because the cows are grazing where there are glutens in that ‘grass’ and it comes through the milk. True gluten free is never an easy life. It is what it is.

It’s hard shopping for GF food , the labeling is terrible, the writing is too small or on shiny paper labels you can’t read, it’s like there hiding something.. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Gluten free foods should have a large GF on them.
Some of the labels say gluten not detected, others don’t say anything regarding gluten
so you’re left wondering. I’ve even rung companies , that haven’t been sure, and they have to find out from someone more in the know. More should be done to protect the consumer.
