1935 1936 Ford Firewall Repair · 36 Tudor get's new firewall patch panels!

We got the old black lacquer stripped off the 36 Tudor and Travis asked me to patch up the firewall so we could move forward in painting the whole car! Shoot it all at the same time sounds good to me!
We snagged it back from Travis' shop and brought it in to make a couple good sizes patches for the heater hole and where they tried to install hanging pedals. At the same time we fill over 25 holes in the firewall!! We welded them up with little plugs and got it smoothed out and ready to go back to Travis' so he can get on the paint job!
Future plans for the Tudor are putting the flathead back in with the 39 trans it came with, along with a drop axle and some new interior! Should look pretty good when we get done. Then.. it'll be for sale!

The round hole on the pass side was for the hot air heater and was factory but I can understand filling that one. I did the same on my 36 and added a hot water heater

Yea the red firewall had it too, but someone had opened that one on the car up pretty large! It went bye bye! LOL!

The 2 top center larger are factory 1 throttle 1 choke
