Judge not, that YE be judged.....I ''invented' an exercise similar to this. for freedom from 'mental prison'' 1. while shaking the head ''no'' say YES for as long as you can. then switch. 2. shake head 'yes' while saying NO. this unlocks n disconnects the right/left brain categories n lets creativity n freedom become 'dislodged'. I would do this when I was professional dancer to prepare for learning new choreography. no one could understand how I learned n retained so quickly. I never told my secret til now.....40 yrs later!

I just measured my stress levels before trying this, and as usual my stress level was above average.. I did just one minute of this then took a stress level reading and it was way below average... Amazing how easy this works even though I was laughing at myself doing it too... Bless your beautiful soul Psalm Isadora. Love you ❤️

I began to do this intuitively and it works! It really is more powerful than any meditation! I also recorded my own version of the yes meditation that is is more mindful and aware version and concentrate on the vibe in the body of yes. I sense pain in your question. I get it. I just saw her on CNN special tonight. What a bummer when I saw show dedicated to her! Wow. Then I learn how this happened. You just never know what the person right next to you is suffering health-wise, mental health-wise or otherwise. It's why we should not drive home stakes into people's hearts (who may richly deserve it) even when we have a dream opportunity to "pay them back" or give them a "how does that feel" moment. Hard to remember sometimes in the heat of anger.
She was withdrawing from xanax with no medical supervision. A side effect of xanax is extreme suicidal ideation. She tried to commit suicide when she was younger.
Yes, i am going through a depression atm i have been suicidal but i choose life as hard as it is to keep going. I am glad i refused valium from my gp. That crap is highly addictive. I blame the doctors for prescribing xanax to psalm. If she didnt take it she would be alive today. 😡🥲🥲✝️👼🏼
