I’m currently on my lunch break and decided to listen to this while a sit by the lake and I kid you not all the turtles came from under the water to me just to listen. I even put the phone on the ground and they came closer to listen. So powerful
I just did a movement/ walking meditation to this and then I laid down on the floor and put a pointed smoky topaz and a piece of sodalite on my third eye and then abdomen. What came to me as I had the crystals on my abdomen is that a lot of the things we feel and experience don’t originate with us. For example, what came to me is that when I feel pain and despair, some of that is in my DNA, and also what came to me clearly is that some of that comes from ancestors, in my case, who were in the bowels of ships during the middle passage. So often we feel that our pain and even our joy is just our own. But if we can realize that our bodies hold the truths of generations, and every little bit we do to address our pain addresses all the pain going back through those generations, this understanding can give us the strength to carry-on, and to know that every little bit we do to raise our vibrations and heal heals untold centuries of pain.

This resonates in a big way! I have been using this as a soundtrack to some very deep diving - an old favorite pastime. Using music, rhythm, harmonies, synchronicities, reverberation using our very being as a conduit for sharing these among us all. It is a true and ultimate honor to be part of.
First ask yourself what your higher self actually is, then ask yourself is discarding everything below it is good for you or not. Anger and doubt are important emotions that serve a purpose. To remove them from your self is to cut off what nature has provided that has helped living creatures to survive. Often what we consider higher self is a high minded delusion of being a better person. To really be a whole person you have to incorporate the good and the bad. Those that can serve the world best are those that understand their darkness, both so they can resist its pull and so that it can be used when the time calls for it. Someone comes at you with a knife and this whole "higher self" facade will quickly be forgotten.
On the contrary. Speaking for myself: my higher self helped me to get out and stay out of several situations you describe, and put the experiences into perspective afterwards. How long have you been alive (?) because this music has been around America for a long time. Maybe not recorded and widely available to the unaware. I’ve had this music in my life since I was six (I am 33 now ) and the woman who introduced me was introduced to it by her best friend’s mom. And respectfully, I don’t agree. I don’t think the “western culture” is embracing any higher consciousness. I think that this way is of higher consciousness is able to be more exposed through technology. People in the US are choosing to search for non-traditional ways to grow spiritually, like this offers, focusing on going 'within' vs a 'group' only for validation. This kind of music is labeled negatively by most churches in Western society. Anything from Africa, has been 'demonized'. Did you know that? Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, etc was all taught/ considered, 'New Age' (not liked by God) so to see many all over the world (influenced by Western society/ traditional church doctrine) is a beautiful and exciting thing in my opinion and feelings.

My dad is on life support since yesterday all his organs stopped functioning after 2 major surgeries in one single week. I’m thousands miles away from him and all I can do is pray to the universe that he could raise his vibrations and his organs would function again. I just did a movement/ walking meditation to this and then I laid down on the floor and put a pointed smoky topaz and a piece of sodalite on my third eye and then abdomen.
What came to me as I had the crystals on my abdomen is that a lot of the things we feel and experience don’t originate with us. For example, what came to me is that when I feel pain and despair, some of that is in my DNA, and also what came to me clearly is that some of that comes from ancestors, in my case, who were in the bowels of ships during the middle passage. So often we feel that our pain and even our joy is just our own. But if we can realize that our bodies hold the truths of generations, and every little bit we do to address our pain addresses all the pain going back through those generations, this understanding can give us the strength to carry-on, and to know that every little bit we do to raise our vibrations and heal heals untold centuries of pain.

However, try to sit with yourself for 30 minutes, with your eyes closed and without any distractions. Just sit and feel. There’s more to this world than meets the eye. Tell me you’ve never experienced something that you couldn’t explain rationally, something that seems outer worldly, something that defies anything you’ve ever believed. And be truthful. And I’m not talking here about God or Allah or whatever these religions preach. I’m talking about something that’s within us all - we are all the universe experiencing itself.
And even if you don’t believe in something more than the physical, you are blessed. In a hundred billion galaxies, with a hundred billion stars and surrounding planets, you are alive right here right now. How amazing is that? Can you grasp the magnitude of this universe? And still we are here, having this conversation. You might not call it being blessed, you might call it a coincidence, just the result of the Big Bang, but that doesn’t make it less amazing.

This resonates in a big way! I have been using this as a soundtrack to some very deep diving - an old favorite pastime. Using music, rhythm, harmonies, synchronicities, reverberation using our very being as a conduit for sharing these among us all. It is a true and ultimate honor to be part of.
First ask yourself what your higher self actually is, then ask yourself is discarding everything below it is good for you or not. Anger and doubt are important emotions that serve a purpose. To remove them from your self is to cut off what nature has provided that has helped living creatures to survive. Often what we consider higher self is a high minded delusion of being a better person. To really be a whole person you have to incorporate the good and the bad. Those that can serve the world best are those that understand their darkness, both so they can resist its pull and so that it can be used when the time calls for it.
Someone comes at you with a knife and this whole "higher self" facade will quickly be forgotten.
On the contrary. Speaking for myself: my higher self helped me to get out and stay out of several situations you describe, and put the experiences into perspective afterwards. As long as you call your higher self a façade you still have some vast and beautiful grounds to explore.

I’ve had this music in my life since I was six (I am 33 now ) and the woman who introduced me was introduced to it by her best friend’s mom.
And respectfully, I don’t agree. I don’t think the “western culture” is embracing any higher consciousness. I think that this way is of higher consciousness is able to be more exposed through technology.
And the number of those who are lucky enough to come across it and become blessed and wrapped up in it are growing. Not like that’s a land slide number.

People in the US are choosing to search for non-traditional ways to grow spiritually, like this offers, focusing on going 'within' vs a 'group' only for validation. This kind of music is labeled negatively by most churches in Western society. Anything from Africa, has been 'demonized'. Did you know that?
Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, etc was all taught/ considered, 'New Age' (not liked by God) so to see many all over the world (influenced by Western society/ traditional church doctrine) is a beautiful and exciting thing in my opinion and feelings.

My dad is on life support since yesterday all his organs stopped functioning after 2 major surgeries in one single week. I’m thousands miles away from him and all I can do is pray to the universe that he could raise his vibrations and his organs would function again. This music helps me to think positively I wish he could hear it too instead of long hours of silence in the hospital.
