I always prefer to shrink the Windows C partition with Windows Disk Manager because it is the safest way for Windows. You can also use Gpart on PopOS to shrink it, but the process may not proceed as expected. Greetings
Once you have selected the language, no changes have been made to your computer. Just close the PopOS installer and restart the computer to load Windows.
