Desert Mopars, I have done 2 of these swaps with magnum 360's you can run a pan off a Dakota / Durango and it works out great! Our trucks set at different heights and the Durango pan seems to do just fine it has a very narrow rear sump. Look it up on Rockauto for a 2000 Durango (PN# DORMAN 264233) to see a picture.
Thank you so much my friend. I looked at that pan, and see why the application would work. We'll get this information pinned on this video. It's definitely worth noting as another option! I appreciate the input from someone else who is dealing with a Sweptline that is lowered in the front and has encountered pan clearance issues like we did...
Bought a 1972 360 magnum, had a 392 stamp on the oil pan. Put it in my 1967 dart.(273 engine car) Used my 273 motor mount. Drill a hole and add a shim for the mount.
Thank you my friend. We appreciate your input. Can't wait to see YOUR Sweptline back on the street too. I love these trucks! We'll be watching for ya...
