It's great when everything in brand new. The apt is spacious, modern, loads of natural light & located near the train. Great neighborhood- lots of local businesses. This one is a Winner!
i love watching these for the apartments. but i'm finding that i enjoy learning about these different neighborhoods. I follow another woman who moved into a gorgeous apartment, but the entire street was just hooka and bong shops. she didn't like being outside of her apartment and didn't like coming home late at night. i would love to live near some cute little coffee shops over a street of hooka lounges. i'm glad you post the neighborhoods.
Cash, coffee, stars and Cash opening the door. Life is good. I like this apartment. I have never been to Brooklyn but I like it. Love the apartment, the building and the neighborhood. Cash has a great sense of humor. I wish Cash’s energy was contagious... I could use some energy.
I love the design & various texture and material of the space. And finally, a luxury apartment without an awful all white kitchen. It's a beautiful apartment.
This is a great place! one bedroom for sleeping, one for dining and one for office...excellent! Probably use the middle room with the balcony as dining, push the table against the wall unless entertaining, most dining tables are no more than 3' wide, so 3' either side to get to the balcony! I most definitely could live here!
I think that was the original intention for this apartment, but some people in NYC will find a way to reduce their share of the rent and stick a bed in there.
This is a beautiful building and a beautiful apartment. I didn't notice if there was a window in the living room. That is a must. The kitchen and bathrooms are great and the neighborhood is interesting. The building with its amenities is its own little community.
Excellent part of Brooklyn, with lots going on socially, and some great restaurants in the area, not too far from this apartment. Really fun to explore! Love the newness of the suite, the kitchen is lovely, bathroom, plus half bath, are nicely designed, and the amenities available, such as the beautiful roof area, exercise room, in building laundry, and a social layout are fabulous! If sharing, this place is very reasonable! Shouldn't take long at all to rent!! This is my fave part of Brooklyn!!
This apartment has 1.5 baths, not 2, and the room with the balcony has no closet, so it wasn't intended to be a bedroom. It would be suitable for an office or TV room. The living space is quite good, and the kitchen and bathrooms are higher-end in appearance. The location and neighborhood are assets, and the building has amenities. Split two ways, $2,000 each isn't cheap, but you get something for your money. You wouldn't be ashamed to have your mother visit you here, and your girlfriend might be impressed.
@@ngtflyer From what I've seen in apartment videos, the NYC standards are pretty low. If you can fit in a bed, it's a bedroom. A small sink/fridge/stove unit is a kitchen. A 4-foot-wide hallway is a living room. This apartment is marketed as "luxury", and for that label a bedroom should at least have a closet.
Totally awesome apartment in many respects. Live the space lighting in the futuristic kitchen. No medicine cabinets in the baths though. Would prefer individual laundry in unit as opposed to basement laundry room.
Covid has my area in its grip still, winter jackets are in heavy rotation, these videos are like glass-full of medicine! Beautiful place Cash, keep ‘em coming!
That has to be the nicest roof deck you have ever shown us. The apartment is over the top. I love the almost hidden kitchen. The closet space is perfect for a minimalist 😀. There is plenty of room for a standing closet and/or a chest of drawers if more space is needed. I think we forget that built in closets are not as common outside of the United States.
I'm too old for 2 roommates, but I could handle one to live in a building like this--man, I'm a sucker for all those finishes, love the exposed concrete! Thanks Cash 😚!
I know I say it every time about the 3 bedrooms!! Just split it by two and use the extra room as a flex space (study/media room/guest room). The rent would still be incredibly reasonable and then the space becomes pretty luxurious...
Great roof deck with a 360 view and all the amenities are nice. The apartment could be two bedrooms with the middle room as a den with the balcony. The central space could be the living and dining area.
Hello Cash, that is a very nice apt. & building.I like & appreciate the amenities.I wish that I could afford,to live there. The neighborhood looks decent. The bathroom is my favorite part. The full size laundry room,is a conveinence.Keep doing what you do.
Lol after catching a train every day for 10 years.. you're not missing much with the delays, drunks and psychos! Do get out and see the world though :p
Hahaha! I like how you really showed off the neighborhood. It’s a nice area. That’s one of the newer building around there. That was not there too long ago but it is still beautiful. Thanks for that!
I have to say this is one of the nicest apartments you've shown this week. I am in love with this condo. I lived in the states I would definitely contact you to see it. 👍👍😊😊
I love this apartment. Definitely a roommate apartment, though. I'd say whoever gets room 2 pays the most rent since they have a balcony. I do find it odd that both bathrooms are right next to each other, but there are at least two bathrooms. That building has great amenities, and I love that the rooftop deck is up so high. One thing I have noticed lately is that you haven't been showing off one of your former favorite amenities, the wine fridge. Have the apartments lately just not been having them? At the price range, it would have been nice to see in-unit laundry, but overall it is a great apartment. I loved the kitchen, too.
The middle room has no closet and gets the traffic to the balcony, so it's better used as an office or TV room. And there are just 1.5 bathrooms, not two. But the building location and amenities might make it worth two people paying $2,000 each.
Nice. The more I see these luxury buildings the more I think they are worth it. Especially for the extra amenities, you get. I have done the struggle apartments, 4th-floor walk-ups, and etc and I would definitely recommend that anyone moving to New York if you can afford it get into a building like this, it would be worth it.
Pretty nice. Only nitpick is the balcony access through a bedroom. If you have a dinner or sporting event party and all the smokers are going to be marching through someone's room. If I wanted to (and could afford) live in NY this would be sweet.
It is indeed luxurious. I think I could justify the price due to the extras. However, in unit laundry would have been nice as well as 2 full baths. If everyone works at roughly the same time the battle over the shower could get ugly!

That is a great apartment!!! I like the full bathroom and half bathroom. The kitchen surprised me and I liked the lighting.
That half bath should have been the laundry room, especially in a "luxury" apt.
I really miss NY! Especially with the warm weather. Used to spend every Sunday in Central Park...🥲
WOW. HOW NEAT. THE ROOF DECK AND LOUNGE AREA ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE ROOF TOP SOLD ME. NICE APARTMENT TOO.

Yeah, perfect for an office.
Have a full dining room opposite the kitchen and then make that the living room
I would rather rent it out as a bedroom and make money. In NYC you're not required to have a closet in your bedroom. It's not against the law.
