If you commit a violent crime with a firearm, especially an illegal one in LA, they're going to hit you with all sorts of enhancements if you take it to trial. I believe there is a video but Tory clearly paid that person to get rid of it. The shooting happened in front of Sean Kelly’s house but apparently he didn’t have cameras. Though, I’m sure other houses did have cameras but who knows if their cameras caught the shooting.

You do realize that they were romantically involved and it’s rumored that he got caught up for messing with Megan and her friend that same night and THOSE two were actually the ones that got into it. He could have been apologizing for messing with two friends. I never heard once in that phone call where he implied that he was sorry for shooting her or even handling a gun
