It is the same for me… meditating, I can think clearly to my thoughts and find peace. Is relaxing and gives to me the sensation of freedom I really love ❤️ I love your videos, thanks a lot for sharing 😊👣🦶🏻❤️
I go barefoot a lot but in my hiking boots, slippers, work loafers,, when these feet are getting the nature air, the nature gets big wave of hiking boot feet smelling up the air.
It's truely great tgat you discovered the wonders of barefoot living and All I can say is it's better late than never. You found difficult to walk on gravel because your soles are still not fully developed. You need to walk more on these types of challenging surfaces more often. Believe me since our soles are meant /created to be totally bare, tey adjust much faster than we think. The more you walk on them faster they get hardened. Once they're developed no surface would be a threat to walk in bare soles.
Hi friend, I agree! I have to expose myself to these types of terrains more often to transform my soles. Thank you as always for being here and watching my video. ✨
I remember the first time I hiked barefoot the overwhelming feeling of joy and happiness. I had no idea where it came from, but now I know. That small gravel may seem painful but try to see it as just another sensation and you will soon get used to it. when I started on this journey 3 years ago I never thought I could walk on gravel comfortably but to my amazement i can now run on it without pain. Keep at it, you are on the right track. soon you will understand that we do not need shoes exept for extream situations and that they are actual VERY bad for our health
Hey! Thank you so much for sharing your experience, it helps me and others too. I still remember the first time I walked barefoot on the street too, it was incredible. Since then, I just want to share this with others so that they can experience this too. I notice that I'm slowly becoming stronger and less sensitive with some surfaces. Thanks for the tip about "sensation" instead of pain. Cheers!
@@gabriela_sagore I need to come clean here. That Sensation tip was borrowed from my friend Barefoot Sue but I know she wont mind. She is all about getting people back to nature and out of shoes.
@@gabriela_sagore Austria is known as a country of winter sports. On average we get most snow end of january. This winter however we had most snow in december (I have a few short videos about it on my channel) and most of it was already gone by christmas. Still all the cities are using a mixture of fine gravel and salt as an anti-slipping measure just in case there's ice ... and those little stones strewn over all the sidewalks are not so pleasant to walk on. It's only in April that they run cleaning machines through and after that it's quite nice. In terms of temperature, it's not frosty any more, often looking like "almost spring". Just waiting for the first flowers to come out. Current temperature is +5°C. Yes for me it's also a way to get my head free, with more input come new thoughts. Sorry to hear about your backpain, sometimes I have that too. It can help to move gently (also to go swimming) so you don't get too stiff but I'm no doctor.
@@uncipaws7643 I just watched your videos walking barefoot in the snow. Very impressive! I like the sound too. I studied German in Guatemala, I went to the Österreichische Schule there and most of my teachers were from Austria. But I haven't practiced my german for so long so I can't speak anymore. Anyway, thank you for describing what it's like! I have zero experience living where it snows. Also thank you for your wishes about my back, I've been going to the chiropractor, and it's getting better. The Chiro suggested swimming too and stationary bike. Thanks again for being here and reaching out 🙏🏼✨😄
When you walk barefoot, look 5 to 10 meter ahead and scan the ground for obstacles and avoid them well ahead. Don't look to the spot where you place your foot place next. Looking down to the feet is not good for your neck. Small stones that remain stuck under the sole for a long time can become annoying after just a few steps. The best way to get rid of these stones is to briefly drag the sole along the ground. With all other stones they don't feel it as pain, but as feelings. Stepping on a pebble with your heel can be very painful. That's a feeling I can do without. That's why it's better to step with the balls of your feet.
Wow, thank you for these tips! I do realize it's not good for my neck when I'm constantly looking down, I do it when the terrain is new and unfamiliar. Hopefully I will get better with time and practice, I'll try to stay mindful about this. All these tips are very helpful! I appreciate you sharing this! Cheers!
Hello, by walking barefoot we realize that shoes aren't really useful even if i only do it to walks. I continue to do barefoot gym at home and with my group. Keep walking barefoot that's a lot a good.
Saludos!
we really love 1:30 and 2:30, but in the second scene, there is too much sand on the soles lol. I hope you can show a sole that is only dirty, like in the first scene
Hi Gabi. You are great. Many women have problems with their feet and walking barefoot can be very good solution. Pls may i ask, can you sometimes during your walking lift up each foot to show your foot bottoms to the camera like here at 1:40 and 1:43, can you do these poses more often?. I want to check up, what type of foot arches do you have and this is best diagnostic pose for it and if you can little bit wiggle and spread your toes in this pose, it will be great for me to check flexibility of your joints and how the flexibility of your joints change during time of your barefoot walking. May i ask have you ever had your feet examined at doctor or have you any problems with your feet?.
I like barefoot very much, in the country a little more, congratulations for your lovely channel i like very much. Greetings🦶🙏

Hello to Australia from Austria ... from another barefoot introvert (originally German)
Hello to Austria from Australia! Thanks for being here, fellow barefoot introvert. How is it walking barefoot in the winter there?

"I am more an introvert, I don't like to grab attention" esta difícil, pues los seres humanos estamos atraídos hacia lo hermoso 🙈
My suggestion: change to 4k definition. It makes a lot of difference to those who follow on a TV screen.
