Barefooting is about enjoying a connection with nature. If you don't feel comfortable going into the library, that's ok. And if it's something you want to do in the future, that's cool too. Trust yourself to do what's best for you.
Thank you for reminding me that there is no pressure at all to do anything I don't feel comfortable with! I appreciate your comment 😊🌸
You're already saying "and ofcourse I am barefooted", your confidence to go inside buildings will come very soon 😊
haha true! It's starting to become more normal in my life, thank you 😊 🙏
Hi, I have been walking and living barefoot for 2 years in every place and in every condition and I feel great. I have solved many health problems. I couldn't give up anymore. It's a wonderful feeling and it feels great keep it up.
It’s so beautiful to walk around barefoot outside. ❤ Freedom and happiness. Nice channel, glad to discovered that.
Hello! thank you for watching my videos and welcome! I'm happy you found my channel. And you are right, it's an amazing experience to be barefoot outside. All the sensations and the feeling of freedom and joy are priceless!
@@gabriela_sagore they are 👣🦶🏻❤️
Super. I am barefooter from Czech Republic 👣👍
hey! nice to meet you barefooter from Czech Republic! Thanks for watching my video 🦶🏼✌🏼✨
I love barefoot walk 👣👍😉
I have visited Sydney four times. I found it true what you said. In the beach areas, like Bondi and Manly, you see numerous people in shops and restaurants barefoot, but I never recall seeing any in the downtown area of Sydney.
Hello! were did you visit from? yes, people are barefoot in the laid back, beach areas. Or when going camping sometimes. Cheers!
I live in Florida, USA. Love visiting your country. The people are always friendly and helpful to tourists. I plan to return in January of next year. Will visit Sydney, Brisbane, andSurfers Paradise.@@gabriela_sagore
Nice video! Next time you can try leave your shoes at home so there is no chance you can put back the shoes on
hey! thank you, that's a good tip to force myself to go for it. What makes me bring my shoes at the moment is also the fact that it's almost summer time here and the ground gets super hot in some spots. I had an unpleasant experience once haha I think my soles are not ready for higher heat yet. I see by your username that you walk barefoot :) what's your experience been like with hot floor?
@@gabriela_sagore Just keep walking barefoot as often as possible to make your feet getting tougher. I got blister when walking on hot floor for several times, you will feel uncomfortable on parts of your soles, then you know it is the time to get rest.
@@barefooterhk202 thanks for sharing your wisdom! I'll do that 😁✌🏼🦶🏼
a new girl for 2024--welcome gabriela!
Hey from a fellow Sydneysider! Going barefoot is definitely more common in some parts of Sydney such as Northern Beaches, Eastern suburbs and Sutherland shire. Definitely won't get judged in Cronulla or Dee Why or Mona Vale!
hello! thanks for commenting! you are right, it’s common in those areas, unlike Western Sydney!
@@gabriela_sagore and Byron Bay hahaha idk if you've ever been there but definitely worth a visit it's super beautiful
Perfect!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Thank you for watching! It means a lot!
You guys should go barefoot inside the Westfield shopping centre there! It is so fun and feels so good.
Thanks for the recommendation! will do!
Hey Gabriela, I really enjoy your videos. You have a great personality and so your vlogs are very entertaining. I'm just curious, why is it that you go barefoot outside and wear socks at home? Why not go barefoot at home also? I totally understand the hesitation of going barefoot in library and some other places barefoot btw--esp until you become comfortable.
Hello Mark! thank you for your compliments, they mean lot to me and this really made my day! You have a very good question haha, even I wonder! Usually my feet get cold at night and I wear socks to sleep, otherwise I would be constatnly waking up because my feet feel cold. So I still had the socks on early in the morning, I probably took them off later because it's spring here in Sydney now and it starts to get warm once the sun is fully out! My barefoot journey just started a few months ago (after winter), so we'll see how I go next winter with being barefoot outside. I'm curious. I hope this made sense haha.
@@gabriela_sagore thanks for responding. That is one thing that I think we viewers all appreciate...that you are interactive with your followers. I am curious about two things:
1. What Inspired you to start this barefoot journey?
2. What are your long term goals/hopes in reference to barefooting? Like do you see this as a go out barefoot sometimes to keep grounded type of thing? Or do you see this as possibly transitioning/working up to being a full-time barefooter (and eventually even not needing shoes/socks)? Or somewhere in the middle?
Just curious!
@@marktrumbo2323 thank YOU for reaching out and sharing this space with me. I'm very grateful. You are asking very good questions, specially question number 2, which to be honest I haven't asked myself! I will reflect on this one and I'm thinking that your questions deserve to be in my next video. What do you think? haha 😄✌
Awesome!😍
So nice please more😊
Thank you for watching my video and for the compliment. It means a lot! all the best for you"
Libraries are the best for bare feet! There’s just something about the lush carpet underneath your soles
I finally got the courage to! keen to try again.
I live in Sydney and there is NO WAY I would ever go barefoot in the city!! Absolutely filthy! The bottoms of my shoes are black with filth after walking around the city streets!
hello! thanks for sharing. I guess it all depends where in Sydney. Many areas are super clean in my view.
@@gabriela_sagorecan wash your feet at end too lol.
Great to see a fellow barefooter in Sydney! Not enough people are brave enough to try it but nobody in Australia really cares if you have shoes on. The cool tiles of the supermarket and shopping centres feel great, I recommend it!
hey! thanks for leaving a comment :) cool to know you live in Sydney too! it is true that there is less judment here than other places in the world. Will give those cool tiles a go! haha Cheers.
I live in Sydney and there is no way I would do that! Filth and other nasties I don't want to take back home with me!
Oh it's okay, I wash my feet when I get back home and they are pretty clean. The areas where I usually walk barefoot are so clean, and getting out of my mind while paying attention to where I'm walking is totally worth it, in my opinion. Cheers fellow Sydneysider!
@@gabriela_sagore cool! I got a bit worried for you as there can be nasty stuff out there. 🙂
@@trekkie-cat that's very sweet, thank you ✨ I'll be careful!
