I just saw your last comment on the other video. What is CSM in ASUS BIOS? CSM stands for compatibility support module. It's an optional tool included in the UEFI firmware that allows legacy BIOS compatibility. CSM offers backward compatibility by booting the machine as if you were running a legacy BIOS system. It also allows you to use older operating systems that don't support UEFI. For whatever reason, sometimes after updating the BIOS, it gets disabled. Check your XMP settings in the BIOS and make sure they are also enabled for your RAM speeds. Let me know if that helps!
thank you, tell me is that once we have updated the BIOS is what automatically Windows does not restart?and that it is necessary to activate the CSM? Thank you 👍
I did this because my pc randomly shuts off and turns back on again whilst gaming and I bought a new psu but it didn’t fix the problem so I hope this will fix it thanks 🙏
This might help. However, if your PC randomly restarts and it isn’t a power supply issue, then it is probably a thermal issue. Make sure you have good airflow and adequate cooling for your components. Let me know how it turns out!
You don't have to do all of them. You can go to the last one and use it, UNLESS --> the latest update requires a specific update before it. Then you would need to go and download and install that update first.
Usually you can just update using the latest version. However, if your BIOS is really outdated, in order to get the latest one, it may require that you update to one of the previous versions first. Check the description of the latest version and see if it has any specific requirements first.

Thanks this helped me alot

EZ Update is no longer available on the latest version. I personally recommend flashing the old school ways. Simple and clean every time.
If you have a lot of updates do you have to do them all or just the latest one?
You don't have to do all of them. You can go to the last one and use it, UNLESS --> the latest update requires a specific update before it. Then you would need to go and download and install that update first.
I have tons of prev updates waiting. So do I have to install them by date or just latest will do?
Usually you can just update using the latest version. However, if your BIOS is really outdated, in order to get the latest one, it may require that you update to one of the previous versions first. Check the description of the latest version and see if it has any specific requirements first.
