WOW!! Excellent job dude. Your experience shows. If I wasn't 77 I would buy a small woods here in NE Indiana and build a small log cabin (on a pond so I could fish) and follow your lead. I always loved to work with my hands. My grandfather was a plumber and built rain gutters and downspouts by hand from galvanized sheet metal and I learned just by watching. Despite getting an MS in psychology I never lost my love for hands on craftmanship.

I wish I had seen this video 25 years ago. A neighbour gave me 3 buckets of permachink. I had never heard of it and didn't know how to use it. I made a piping bag out ziploc bags and cut up pool noodles to use as a backer for big gaps and the back of a plastic spoon to smooth it. It works great, my job looks rough but so does the cabin. Thanks for sharing.
