    So many benefits to Suryanamaskar. I like knowing the benefits of each of the 12 steps. Most importantly, as I "mature" to keep my brain active! Thank you.

    Wonderful explanation, thank you. I had no idea this asana sequence would be so beneficial. I use props to do it and use the child's pose in between because of having RA.

      As long as you dont bend the wrists, it is okay to keep the palms facing forward also.

    Is it acceptable to perform Surya Namaskar in the afternoon or evening? Is there an optimal time for practicing it? Should one face towards the sun while doing it? Is it necessary to have an empty stomach before starting the practice? Are there any restrictions to be aware of when doing Surya Namaskar?

    Sir, is there any activation for chakras in Surya namaskar

    • @harjotmahal8985
      @harjotmahal8985 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not just activation of the 7 chakras but the entire 108 chakras get activated and not just the chakras get activated each diety associated with each body part gets activated and that is experienced by a deeper sense of peace ,clarity, centered ness and love

    • @jayanthn3802

      @@harjotmahal8985 plz plz tell me the time duration to activate chakras by sun salutations

    • @harjotmahal8985
      @harjotmahal8985 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jayanthn3802 there is no time duration. Every time you do it it happens automatically. Just feel into it. Attune yourself to it. Your own attention activates it.
