The Nation Family Camping and Survival Adventure in Florida

In March of 2016, the Nation Family took on the Forest of Wild Florida. Together, they worked as a team and conquered obstacles daily. From hidden freshwater springs, to snakes and helicopters, to fossils and survival training, this tribe experienced it all! With Aaron Phillips as a guide (Life Survival, in Florida) they learned about camp location, orienteering, making cordage, hand-fishing, sourcing fresh water from springs and the swamp environment. Hunter learned about tending to the fire, the gentle craft of angling, and small aquatic foods sources. Lilah learned about cooking, fishing, and locating various resources. And Mr. Nation learned about patients and the unquenchable thirst for naps in the Florida wild.
