Sir i file a complain in the MOHRE the day my madam beat me (Feb 15), but i ddnt recieve any call from mohre .i keep calling to follow up.they said Feb 17 the appointment to call me back but i ddnt recieve any call.the last time i called they said my complain is temporary closed but i ddnt closed it.i request to re open the case then mohre said im absconded already.How come? She can file absconding even i have complain already?

Hi sir I will be ended my contract this coming December 2023 and I don't want to renew in compliance to legal way to terminate the contract to inform the employer and the ministry where I can also submit my letter aside from my employer email to avoid them to file for me absconding in the my end of contract . I had a visit visa taken from a travel agent from Etihad. My overstay went upto 20 days I got a job offer and when my company went to apply for visa it showed absconded. The travel company person was already informed that my visa is in process for my job. Despite that he put absconding for me Now they are sending me to another company who deals with Etihad visas in dubai. And they have told me to pay 2200 for application, 2000 for deposit, and then they will send me to AbuDhabi for removal of absconding in Immigration and to pay overstay fine there I dont have that much money. What can I do

My company put the absconding on me inspite of working with them till now, and I wasn’t aware of it until I applied for another job and asked to cancel my visa. I’m having a RERA case on me and that is the reason they gave me for not renewing the visa. I received NOC for absconding removal from company, but Al wait is asking for cancellation paper from labour court. Company said they cannot provide. Sir in this situation what can I do? Please help with your guidance.

Assalamualikum sir my owner has put a false absconding on me and i have applied for withdrawal. On 23 july they mailed me my termination letter and after 25 hour's and 14 minutes i replied them they have complained that i am missing from 7 days but i was told to be terminated on 16 july. My absconding date is 24 july 10:39 am and my withdrawal request is on 25 july 11:30 am. Sir i am having mail proof but after 25 hour's and whatsup related proof. Kindly please suggest me something i am very poor just a mason and jobless without money. I hardly can survive i want to get out of all this situation. Please help.

Sir I want to resign my company but they demanding 12000 AED so how I can resign ?

Complain again to the labour . Ask to withdraw the absconding case as it’s illegal based on that you filed a case first
