Plus ma, according to UAE laws visa is free but in a situation where the employee is deducting 4000 dirham from the salary of the employer please what can the employer do ma
Not to mention , in case the employer was abusing his right for filing absconding, and the complaint proved for just revenge or fake claim against employee , a fine of 20k would be imposed on the employer . One common case as well, sometime the employee did submit his resignation already or, has some communications indicating that the employer is already aware about his departure then , the employee can cone back and surrender him/her self to the authority and make objection to the absconding proving the knowledge of the employer.

@@ABC1209 yes brother, I cleared the issue by applying an online application through a typing center application called “remove escape report “ (an application of ICA) . After I submit my application i got approval by next day. I have mentioned every details in that application including “cancellation paper of my previous company “ my new visa copy”my job offer letter etc…

Meaning you have life time ban. No use for asking here . My advice is to contact typing centers and collect the PRO numbers, contact them.

Mam i had residence visa of dubai through employer as i came to india on vacation and extended my leave without consent of employer now the pro of employer has filed a case against as my 6 months is not completed and i want to come back

Hello madam i got cancellation from my company and I decided to join new company and they process visa but after I can’t change the visa status because my old company give an absconding case against me so how i remove the absconding i have new visa right now but can’t change the visa status due this absconding case

@@ABC1209 yes brother, I cleared the issue by applying an online application through a typing center application called “remove escape report “ (an application of ICA) . After I submit my application i got approval by next day. I have mentioned every details in that application including “cancellation paper of my previous company “ my new visa copy”my job offer letter etc…
