My company let me sign paper for cancellation consent form..that’s mean I cannot get any of my benefits and my end of service? I have served 10 months of my contract in Dubai and I want to resign and my employer is saying that I have to pay visa fees of 7000, he said it is in the contract, is it legal.

I can see that Al. Ain labor are in my sponsor side. My sponsor file absconding against me while i still have cpmplain against them. So sad that Labor-mohre cannot help the really needy person. 😢

I started working for a private company located in the Abu Dhabi region in March 2024. However, in October 2024, the company canceled my visa and labor contract without my knowledge or signature. I discovered this through the Tamm application, where I found that they had forged my signature to cancel my labor contract. Initially, I did not intend to file a case against them, even though they failed to pay my pending salary. However, after joining a new company, my previous employer began making false allegations against me to my new employer. As a result, I filed a case against them with MOHRE on October 20, 2024, regarding my pending salary. On November 1, 2024, my new company began the visa process. However, the process was delayed due to two unified numbers under my visa record. On November 4, 2024, my previous employer falsely reported me as absconding to Abu Dhabi Immigration. This prevented me from completing the visa process with my new company, even though I had already obtained a work permit from them. On November 6, 2024, I filed an execution case with the Abu Dhabi Judiciary Department. While the case was ongoing, the company approached me for a settlement, and I agreed, canceling the case. However, they are now demanding AED 7,000 to remove the absconding report from Immigration. It is important to note that my case with MOHRE was active as of October 20, 2024, while they reported me as absconding on November 4, 2024. I also have a valid work permit from my new company, and my visa processing started on November 1, 2024. Additionally, they forged my signature to cancel my labor contract. Is there any legal possibility to have the absconding report removed?

Hello sir, I was unable to change my company due to an unexpected problem and error in your website named tawtheeq. My new company has submitted change request and then i approved from my side and got a successful submitted message. But after that the website showing It's still pending and i am unable to cancel it or reject it. It’s continuously showing pending. Then they apply again but auto rejected as system showing there was a pending request before. Please fix it as soon as possible or i am in a very bad situation.
