So many companies want YOU to fix your own problems. They have no problem taking your money... then do everything to hide their support dept, if it even exists.

Unable to reach Microsoft to cancel billing or get it to work. What a nightmare. This is so unacceptable. It needs to be escalated to the Attorney General's Office. They fleece us and zero support no phone no store no office, and a website that sends you in circles. Truly offensive non-support and abuse of customers. Update to your video, MS has plugged the access route you describe, the irony is I cannot log into MS, so followed your suggestions. But NOW, when you should have reached the "Contact an agent" you are presented with (sign in to contact an agent) full circle, Microsoft are getting worse, they simply do NOT want to engage with their customers, at least, Retail customers.

Update for this method, but if you choose XBOX: There is no support. There's an automated system and a single form they'll have you fill out endlessly. No humans. The phone number available online goes to a pre-recorded message telling you to go to the online form. My issue is that I switched phone numbers while I had my Xbox put away, now I can't log into the account and use my game progress. It's my "home Xbox" so I can play the games on another account, but not on any other console. My only fix is to get my old phone number back for a month _just to get a _*_FUCKING VERIFICATION CODE_*

I’m unable to recover my outlook account. I forgot my password but I finally found my original password but now it says my account is blocked because of too many failed login attempts. And I have no recovery information setup and no recovery phone number. I am still logged in, in my app. But I cannot reset my password because of no recovery information

The page you show at time stamp 2:54 is designed to be circular, after going through all the pages you end up right where you started, talk about frustrating, I think this is deliberate, to make people give up, thus reducing the Agent Support load, perhaps should stop buying up American farms and concentrate on providing his customers with efficient support.
