my account has been locked for several months and I can't open it, because of what?, because every time I want to open it the message "try another verification method" keeps popping up, I've followed the instructions given in the help center but still can't open. If when you enter it asks you for a number to unlock your account and it still tells you to try another method, you have to turn off the Wi-Fi and use your mobile data, put incognito mode on Google and log in there, put your number and there Microsoft It will send you the code to unlock it.
