I am an Israeli who shares Ilan Pappe's views. Before October 7th the country was on the verge of civil war. Now it looks like a huge military camp: soldiers and army men appears on TV, bus stations and everywhere. I genuinely believe that establishing one state with equal rights to EVERYONE from the river to the sea will solve at least most of the problems here.
you all will have to admit that what you did for 75 years to Palestinians did in fact happen and it was in fact terrible and wrong but lets be real the overwhelming majority of your family and all their kids as well as your own kids will support all this and will end up just not liking you for disagreeing with them. So really, was any of this a true solution or are you just living in fantasy?

Anti-Zionism is something no one ever talks about here and if they do, they are labeled as antisemic. Only recently I learned about Israelis who left the country like Miko Peled who argue in favor of this solution. Two state solution is not prectical because you cannot evict 700,000 settlers from their homes, and that is only one argue against. One state is the right solution.

A coworker had Cancer and was out for like 2 years. He explained that the cancer was treated within a few months but then all kinds of organs started exploding on him in the aftermath. They have freedom of choice, and have chosen to act in the way they are acting.

Urgency is the need of the hour. I have supported Mr. Biden since 2018 (I also wrote hundreds of letters in 2020 & 2022 to get out the vote for you, Senator Ossoff and President Biden). In fact, I told many of my friends and acquaintances in 2018 that only Mr. Biden would be able to defeat Trump long before Mr. Biden won the South Carolina primary.
However, I will not be able to support the Biden-Harris ticket in November if the situation in Gaza does not change quickly.
I know that my vote, and those of many of my friends were critical for the Democratic Party's victories in Georgia in the 2020 and 2022 elections.
I wanted you to know that I will be voting blank in the Georgia primary on Tuesday.
I need to see an immediate and permanent ceasefire and sanctions for Israel. The process of statehood for Palestine should be well underway before the November election. Too many Palestinians have lost family members. All our hands are bloodied because we continue to give Israel a blank check.

I was thinking the same. Very short sighted view from Israel. The whole world has been witnessing their horror. At least a few generations will not forget. I’ve met many people who didn’t care before who are so anti Isreal now. Isreal’s ‘allies’ have also not helped by allowing them to transgress like this.
