    It's wonderful that they are advertising a piece of equipment that can help with safe physical training after they tried it for about 6 months. Nothing more honest then doing it yourself for extended period of time first before teaching about it. Thanks Bob & Brad!

    Thanks Bob. Been a certified ISSA personal trainer for 27 years and had bought suspension system and saw one of your previous videos. Did those exercises but since I'm now working on getting my first ever 6 pack I LOVE these new exercises!

    I bought this product a few weeks ago after watching one of your videos. On the packaging you're mentioned as partners. Very happy with the purchase so far. Seems like a great deal. I've been watching a lot of TRX videos for workout ideas, but as I am also over 60 this video is particularly appreciated. Since you guys have been using this yourselves for a number of months, as a subscriber I'd love to see a playlist on your channel about your personal routines with this equipment, how they change over time, how they might be different from each other, etc.

    I started watching your programs this spring when I was in serious sciatic pain. slow but sure the treatments have been very helpful. and consistent with what my PT taught me in sessions. love it that you both keep creating new content that helps me help myself.

    I absolutely LOVE TRX! specially with my older clients! they are not afraid to use it, and they get stronger pretty fast.

    I bought a Lifeline Jungle gym XT Iam 68 been working out since I was 10 probably younger. Weights mainly. I hurt my ankle really bad when I was mid 50s I had just superviseded a building of a bike path in Bloomington Ind.Rolled my and badly, Results Working became sporadic. 3+months ago at 68 I decided I either started trying or I was just killing time. Tubing was my desired choice I loved the versatility and how my muscles felt stretched out. So this week I added 2 things Jungle gym suspension training and sand bag exercise.
    I love the suspension training I can do squats and lunges with it Is similarly to the gymnastic rings from HS. Nothing li, e using bodyweight to exercise with.The sand bag training is more for lifting weight in a real life situationional we all have to lift Item in our daily life sandbags throw you in uncomfortable situations because weight shifts as sand moves around like grocery shopping house hold chores.     Not sure you have a video on the subject, but could you do some exercises for people that have acid reflux and have to keep themselves upright most of the day so they don't set off a trigger.

    Just wondering if you have any guidelines for shoulder positioning while using the TRX straps? I’d consider myself in in good physical condition, I had a trainer spotting me and watching me while using them and only after doing a few repetitions of various movements, I messed up my shoulders and it took at least 8 weeks to get back to normal. It wasn’t worth it to me. I am hesitant to do more than stretch, squat and lunge with them. Any suggestions?

    No. I’ve been using these and this isn’t good. Any exercise vs nothing will show improvements. Science supported does not mean much these days.
    What about taking the same or similar group, give them a Jack Lalane workout and compare results.
    This is not a real scientific study. Where’s the control group and where is a group doing a different training program?
    A lot of studies are bs. Seniors go research Jack Lalane over 50 exercises. Start with a chair. You can do a better squat with a chair. And start slow.
