don't use Aluminum.. just spread a thin layer margarine inside the baking tin.. then sprinkle in some flour.. that'll work fine

that's an 8 Inch tin Maria.. and yes I did spray the tin with Baking Spray, you can use margarine to grease it too. i explained that at 00:24 👌🏿

I make the cake today and it didn't come closer to yours. Tell me what size pan you used on the video. I make a recipe that is almost the same except that it uses 4 eggs( instead of 2) and just 1/2 cup of milk instead of one. Everything else is the same, I use the mixer and a pan size number 10 for that half pound of cake.
