Its a pretty difficult song if youre a beginner, just keep on trying and you will get it, seems harder than it is
it’s hammer ons and pull offs. it helps if you have a lot of gain. i can do it on my jackson but the sound is weaker on my ibanez gio and that’s using the same amp

Not tutorials exist for this song and the tabs don't really help... usually says they are artificial harmonics and semi harmonics..

Yep, looks like pull offs with semi-pinch harmonics. Just look how he angles his pick when he does them. The idea is to get pinch and non-pinch sort of sound at the same time (depends on the degree of contact of the string with the edge of the thumb)
