i like this trainer and this was a challenging 20 minute workout. the isometric holds at the end of exercises were pretty killer. i will say, she did not do two sides of the forward-backward lunges and i wish there was a cooldown, as there was a warmup too.

Will my body look like yours if I just use body weight, can I incorporate heavy weights for faster results? I'm just feeling a bit insecure.
Be consistent workout 5 to 6 times a week and follow a good diet you'll see results. It's not a race to the finish, it's a life style. Give yourself a year!
