Elise 32 if you want to exercise in them and have them be comfy go for the wunder unders. (I’m 5’1” and 100 pounds and a size 2 with a 25” inseam). If you want to relax in them go for the aligns. Aligns are delicate and soft although if you’re doing squats or something they may not be as opaque.
So, even though I've boughten items online that were final sale, I've expressed being unhappy with a couple items and was encouraged to return it by online reps and had no trouble at all returning in store! So another great aspect of Lululemon! Total customer service A+

As a runner in Colorado, I often end up at a trail and have forgotten a hair tie...far from home). Also the tip that some markdowns are not on an isolated sale rack but scattered throughout....amazing! I did not know that. And I’m in the store at cherry creek all the time! I need to swallow that pride hahaha. Thank you for all your great content.

I just want to say that you can return items from the we made too much section if they do not work for you. If you contact an online rep, they will arrange for you to mail it back and you get a gift card. Everything at lulu is guaranteed quality or your money back. The policies might be different in store to online. But you can return an in store mark down online! :) edit: just realized you’re from the states so maybe the policies are different. But in Canada you can do what i said above

I have 2 pairs of Lululemon leggings, a pair of shorts, and a few tops, and a bralette. They are honestly so worth it. I don't have a load of items from them but they are so nice fitting and look wise. The leggings are so soft and really comfortable and actually good for both winter/fall and also spring going into summer. Honestly if you can afford them go ahead and just get 'em! Btw Im a dancer and they are really nice to go to rehearsal and training in!

Are you from Canada or the US? I’m from Canada and I’ve shopped at and loved lulu for almost twenty years and I think it’s so great that it’s now becoming so popular in the US as well. I love a great Canadian success story☺️ One thing I did find interesting when I was in a store in the US tho is that the prices are the exact same! Like for example a pair of pants that’s 98 dollars CDN is also 98 USD. Which is wild because the American dollar is worth somewhere around 130% of the Canadian dollar. Correct me if I’m wrong but it just seemed wild to me that Americans are paying 30% more than us for identical pants, especially since they’re already quite pricy (but worth it!).
I am from the US! They adjust the prices on some items but not all! I actually loved going up to Canada because it was way cheaper for me to buy up there!

Pilling mostly happens in the dryer to my knowledge. Generally wash with like colors, like fabrics (workout wear together). Obviously no denim, zippers or towels would definitely help abrasion or pilling from occurring. I’ve seen advice everywhere to never never dry any items, as the elastic breaks down from heat. A quick Hand washing is always good if you can’t fill up a single wash also.

Thank you for this video, I learned a lot more about Lululemon products. I had a bit of a challegne in returning an item online. The free return is done through the US Postal Service, not FedEx-the instructions online say to drop off at the USPS or FedEx. I have not had very good experiences in returning items through the USPS. Fortunately, Lululemon Atheletica emailed me a FedEx label when I called in. The General Education Center associate informed me that many customers would prefer FedEx to be the default. I give props to Lululemon Atheletica for excellent customer service.
I didn't know that if you have a pocket, it's meant for running and cardio! My jacket has a pocket on the back and now I know that it's one for running! (It's like a half-zip or something idk but it's the silkiest thing I've ever felt.) Thanks for the info! Edit: Also did not know about the emergency hair tie! I have an Ivivva jacket that I use for skating (I'm an ice skater) and it has that.
If you wear aligns for anything besides very light activity (yoga specifically) they can show signs of wear very easily. I would first ensure that you're not doing that, and if they still pill I would take them back in to a store and see what they can do for you!

Just a heads up for anyone new to ordering/returning online. Lululemon has very slow shipping/return shipping, and having funds be deposited back into your bank account. No exchanges either. You have to buy the new size outright, while waiting for a refund. From my experience it's a 3-4 week turnaround for receiving an item, realizing it didn't fit right, shipping it back, and having the money refunded and deposited in my bank account. No hate though, I love Lulu and shop online all the time! ❤️

I don't think every long sleeve has them but a lot definitely do! I believe it's for runners. I don't really use mine either but sometimes I just roll my sleeves up to get them out of the way

I learned that you can also give back a legging that as a hole (even tho its 10 years old) and they will give you a credit or a new pair. (you have to show proof I guess) But yea!

You seem like such a helpful and warm person! Unlike the sales person I’ve encountered in Asia Lululemon stores. I’m from Singapore and I went to the Lululemon store here to purchase a yoga mat and the female staff were very unfriendly and actually very arrogant. They don’t seem to work and only the male sales person attended to me and my Friend. My Friend who is from shanghai also comment that the staff at Lululemon shanghai stores are very arrogant. My friend and I are both yoga Teachers and we also asked to try the sample mats and the male sales person was more than willing to let us have a go at the different mats. When that same male sales person was busy, we approached another female sales person and she looked at us like we are cheap and didn’t bother to help us. I don’t know if this is only in the Asian stores but they need to employ better sales person there who are fit to be ambassadors for their brand. I was a marketing director previously (before I quit to be a full time yoga teacher), so I’m writing from both a customer and professional point of view.
Gretta Schriever I bought the softer yoga pants, and I wore them to school all the time, but then I went to dance class in them continuously and they got holes. So, I would say just try not to do anything too active wearing them.
I have been shopping there for years but I just found out the do free alterations. I don’t think it would have mattered much at all because of my height but I feel like I should have known.

What leggings do you recommend that won’t have any pilling issues? I purchased 2 the Wunder under and align I believe and they both pilled in about a month and I paid a little over 200.00 after taxes I was so bummed out, and I only used them as day to day leggings not for working out 🙁

Just try to prevent washing with cotton. Lululemon does have some pieces made from cotton

why does every lululemon long sleeve have the thumb hole? I find it to be so annoying, they get dirty so easily unless i dont touch anything all day

I learned that you can also give back a legging that as a hole (even tho its 10 years old) and they will give you a credit or a new pair. (you have to show proof I guess) But yea!

Ive never worn any lulu lemon product beofore but i want a pair of leggings just to wear around that are highwasted, full length, compressing but also helps my booty, any recommendations

what is the difference between full-on luon and luon? As well as luxtreme and full-on luxtreme

Full on Luon has a tighter weave, to make it less shear/see-through than regular Luon.
Full on Luxtreme is two layers of Luxtreme bonded together for a thicker and even more held-in feel

You seem like such a helpful and warm person! Unlike the sales person I’ve encountered in Asia Lululemon stores.
I’m from Singapore and I went to the Lululemon store here to purchase a yoga mat and the female staff were very unfriendly and actually very arrogant. They don’t seem to work and only the male sales person attended to me and my Friend. My Friend who is from shanghai also comment that the staff at Lululemon shanghai stores are very arrogant. My friend and I are both yoga Teachers and we also asked to try the sample mats and the male sales person was more than willing to let us have a go at the different mats. When that same male sales person was busy, we approached another female sales person and she looked at us like we are cheap and didn’t bother to help us. I don’t know if this is only in the Asian stores but they need to employ better sales person there who are fit to be ambassadors for their brand.
I was a marketing director previously (before I quit to be a full time yoga teacher), so I’m writing from both a customer and professional point of view.

Gretta Schriever I bought the softer yoga pants, and I wore them to school all the time, but then I went to dance class in them continuously and they got holes. So, I would say just try not to do anything too active wearing them.

What leggings do you recommend that won’t have any pilling issues? I purchased 2 the Wunder under and align I believe and they both pilled in about a month and I paid a little over 200.00 after taxes I was so bummed out, and I only used them as day to day leggings not for working out 🙁
Is hand wash any better than washing them in the washer?

We don’t live close to a Lulu store so I never thought about carrying them into the store to exchange them or anything. I loved but after I washed them, there was a lot of pilling on the sides so I quit wearing them that much after maybe 3 times. They have been sitting in my closet. Can anything be done ?
