Reservation, one of the most debatable topics, has been a ping of discussion since its inception in India. Many of us are against it, while others stand for it. Despite the difference of opinion, there is no denying that it has affected lives on a large scale.

Sir, General candidates from lower middle class bring 98% marks and get no good education and job seats whereas candidates of rich businessmen and officer fathers of so-called 'backward castes' living in posh bungalows bring 65% marks and get the best education and jobs. The general candidate remains poor and backward just like his father. Most of the unreserved seats are already taken by the 'backward classes' and the remaining seats are exclusively kept reserved for them to ensure 'equality'. This just a reservation which has vengeance in its mind against the general castes instead of a genuine concern for progress. Only removing all reservations and keeping it only for genuinely poor candidates as its sole criteria can be more promotive of social equality, unity and progress of Indian society. Reservation in today's society is a curse to India. It is just like Jinnah who kept crying and using victim card for extra benefits for his particular minority group untill he cut away half of our country. The reservation agenda on caste today is no different than that.

I belongs to SC caste, I was topper in my school in 10th standard but teacher were very unhappy because they were expecting upper caste students in top 5 ranks. One teacher was so frustrated that he said to my father that your son is fraud and he did cheating in exam. I was very disheartened despite of being school topper in borad exam.
But iam really thankful to all upper cast people who supported me in my life.

Being from a SC community,I cracked a Govt. Exam in 2009 in Open , never choose any SC form in Job, always compete for OPEN merit. But ultimately at work my reporting officer came to know about my cast, my APARs were deliberately given less marks than my peers , now I am 4 years behind my batch in promotion, even my junior batch is 1 year ahead of me. Once my reporting officer suggested to me that you should've chosen SC in the job form. You said it rightly that Jati kabhi Jati Nahee ..
Forms of Discrimination change , untochabilty is now replaced by others Modern forms of Discrimination where nothing in laws against these new forms.
If your boss, who is a well qualified person is discriminating on the basis of caste , what we can expect from others .
Still I love my friends from the upper caste from school time in Jammu and Kashmir, in who's company I never felt that there is a caste system. It was only after I joined my Government job that I realised the harsh reality of the caste system.. I am Still hopeful that India will come out of it strongly

True, one of my cousin has applied for a PhD and he scored way above cutoffs and exceptionally higher than his fellow mates in written exams yet he was given extremely lesser marks in interview, even lower than one of the girl who got less marks than him in written

आप को सलाम सर्। आप ने reality बताने की हिम्मत dikhye। हम जैसे लोग हजरों साल से ये सब सहते आ रहे है। कम से कम आप जैसे लोग इस तकलीफ को समझ रहे है। ये देश हमारा भी है। और अपने ही देश मे। अपने देश के ही लोगो द्वारा अपने ही लोगो को अलग तरह से देखना। सिर्फ ये देखता है कि ये लोग का कभी इस system को खत्म करने के पक्ष मे नही है। सब रिजर्वेशन को खत्म करने की बात करते है but cast system को खत्म करने की बात नही करता।
My friend is SC his father is MBBS MD Dr... He took admission in pvt. Mbbs With a score of 435 only development fees for him there and now enjoying his life... I being a general candidate my father is shopkeeper and i'm studying bams paying 1.5 lakh every year score was 514 in neet 2021 .... 😅 still I don't blame reservation... I know God won't let me down ever... ❤

Rest most of time it has been seen that they dont file case in the fear of being separated by the upper caste form the village.

All good jobs are still held by FC. A BC earns 3 to 4 times less than FC. Point is the number of jobs available equate to the number that are filled by the FC. Income is Worse than countries like Taiwan, Thailand and many other SE Asian countries that are in the thousands. Some in the range of 6000 $ and more since early 90s. That is 30 years ago. I belong to General category, when I was studying 12th there was a SC guy who was way richer than me like (10-20 lac) per annum. But he once said to me that he will get crack UPSC by merit and not by any RESERVATION. Also he was really hard working. He topped at the school and in 2018 we both cracked UPSC. As he said he cracked by merit and not by any RESERVATION. Today we both good friends❤❤❤

Even whenever I go to Dalit Village then also they respect a lot and they say we respect you because your grand father used to support entire lower caste people.
As a Brahmin I may feel good that they still respect me for being upper caste.But if think with liberal thought then it's cast which making me superiors.

I am from upper caste and I whole heartedly support reservations for Scheduled Caste people because they deserve it. After watching this video, I started asking castes of sweepers and sewage cleaners in some nearby areas, it started as an awkward conversation but they became friendly when they came to know my intention was good and guess what, almost all of them are from Scheduled Caste and it is heart breaking. People often think SC and ST are same but that's not true. Scheduled Tribes (ST) call themselves the children of forests, even the latest SS Rajamouli Blockbuster film RRR glorifies them on an international scale. On the other hand, Scheduled Caste (SC) people are the ones who are being discriminated on the basis of caste in every corner of India, they are treated as untouchables even today in some villages. I truly feel for the Scheduled Castes.
