sorry to say but this is so so so misleading. according to him army will induct 12000 soldiers instead of 60000 that means in long run army will have only 2.5lakh soldiers instead of 12.5lakhs. This is pure SHIT.. army will maintain 10lakh soldiers and in long run through agniveer 40lakh soldiers will be selected and out of them 10lakh soldiers will be selected as permanent soldiers who will get all benefits of regular soldiers. its like selecting few soldiers for ghatak platoon from whole battalion. army is going to be benefitted and also recruitment is also going to increase by 4fold.

Every year increases by the age of 32 many earn 1 lakh or more.. With lots of opportunities, benefits, foreign trip etc etc In army you join and work for 4 yrs and retirement amount totally 15-16 lakhs.. #Remember not 50 lakhs or 60 lakhs.. Just 15 lakhs.. 15 lakhs + no job.. But till u get job u will #automatically use this 15 lakhs only for house expenses, current bill, gas bill, shopping, food and etc.. After 4yrs of retirement what job u will get.. Do not expect high designation jobs.. Because after serving 15+ yrs in army people got security jobs.. But their age is also above 35.. Understood.. But ur age just 24, 25.. Security guard or plumber at the age of 25 with salary of 10000? U earned 40000 but within 4yrs #downfall to 10000.. Whereas good smart boy will think higher.. Today after Degree 21yr old gets 18000 but automatically by 30yrs he gets salary of 70000 or more as cost of living increases.. Salary will also increase. See present but be #carefull about future.. How much salary u need at the age of 35? 15000 or 1 lakh or more.. #Choice is urs..

Now there are two approaches to it, one is the liberal secular idea that comes from UK and the other one is Laicite from france. Obviously this guy is a nut. People join army or any job mainly because they can feed their family. Pension in a country like India is a burden on the country. That's why the new pension scheme was started. I do agree useless MLA and other ministers get good pension but what can we do? Again the entire fight is more about pension than jobs. People want free money. That money comes from the tax payers pocket. The major problem is the countries population. Till the population doesn't come in to control the government can't do anything.
@@anilkumar-ph1qi that isn't government responsibility. They will only keep soldiers that they need. Pension is itself a big burden for India that's the reason it was stopped. The big fight is primarily for pension. Working 4 years isn't. People can do other jobs. Again government is also trying to reduce the costs so that it can invest in weapons. There is no point in having too many soldiers with few weapons or old weapons. The main thing is pension than tenure. Government jobs are only reducing. With time most things will be privatised. Government is doing this to reduce their losses.

Well some things I would like to point out : 1. One the best trained Israeli Defence Forces have TOD of 3 yrs, so from this example, no way 4yrs of TOD will lead to $hit soldiers.......... 2. Armed Forces are really short on Budget...... Indian Army ordered 50ish LCH & 7 Apache for an Army size of 10L 😑 these are just because of short of funds....... 3. It's Armed Forces, not national employment scheme.... Please take it very seriously....... 4. Army shouldn't be something to be played with on basis of you'll think.......

Just wanted to bring out some facts mentioned in this video. 1st: permanent commission and SSC ( short service commission) are officers entry schemes only and going on from a very long time. Infact the ratio of officers getting permanent cadre post 10 yrs of service (without pension) is same as AGNIPATH scheme and that is 25%!!! 2nd: before AGNIPATH scheme, all soldier entry schemes were permanent cadre only!! The boys you are referring to I.e. leaving fauj post 15 yrs and doing jobs like security staff are pensioners!! Because in all three services(Army, navy & airforce) soldiers can quit/ retire from service post 15 yrs with pension benefits!!! As you said, their must be some thought behind bringing this new schemes but yes, I agree, lateral absorption in paramilitary forces would have been much better and beneficial for the society as well as economical if we consider expense on training of new recruits of paramilitary forces would have been curtailed to some extent!!!

sorry to say but this is so so so misleading. according to him army will induct 12000 soldiers instead of 60000 that means in long run army will have only 2.5lakh soldiers instead of 12.5lakhs. This is pure SHIT.. army will maintain 10lakh soldiers and in long run through agniveer 40lakh soldiers will be selected and out of them 10lakh soldiers will be selected as permanent soldiers who will get all benefits of regular soldiers. its like selecting few soldiers for ghatak platoon from whole battalion. army is going to be benefitted and also recruitment is also going to increase by 4fold.

In army you join and work for 4 yrs and retirement amount totally 15-16 lakhs.. #Remember not 50 lakhs or 60 lakhs.. Just 15 lakhs.. 15 lakhs + no job..
But till u get job u will #automatically use this 15 lakhs only for house expenses, current bill, gas bill, shopping, food and etc..
After 4yrs of retirement what job u will get.. Do not expect high designation jobs..
Because after serving 15+ yrs in army people got security jobs.. But their age is also above 35.. Understood..

Obviously this guy is a nut. People join army or any job mainly because they can feed their family. Pension in a country like India is a burden on the country. That's why the new pension scheme was started. I do agree useless MLA and other ministers get good pension but what can we do?
Again the entire fight is more about pension than jobs. People want free money. That money comes from the tax payers pocket.
The major problem is the countries population. Till the population doesn't come in to control the government can't do anything.

This is pretty well explained , even i also trusted 100% to gov side for scheme but now i think there are specific improvements they need to focus on (but definitely can say they are making reforms atleast) . After 4yrs.. 22 or 24yr or 26yr old guy again starting a new life is not at all normal.. With 10th or 12th pass he will be sent home saying he is not fit to work any more in army.. How will he get job and even if he gets job he will not be paid 40000..
With 10 lakhs - 15 lakhs in hand usually parents will only try to arrange marriage and spend whole money on marrisge, honeymoon, relatives, pregnancy.. Remember they come from poor families, villages, towns for them money is biggest thing.. Spend full amount on useless things and finally.. Unemployed.

1. One the best trained Israeli Defence Forces have TOD of 3 yrs, so from this example, no way 4yrs of TOD will lead to $hit soldiers..........
2. Armed Forces are really short on Budget...... Indian Army ordered 50ish LCH & 7 Apache for an Army size of 10L 😑 these are just because of short of funds.......
3. It's Armed Forces, not national employment scheme.... Please take it very seriously.......

लेकिन मेरे भाई यह बात तो आपको भी मालूम है की शांतिपूर्वक आंदोलन एक मजबूत Leader के बिना नहीं चल सकता ,,, कोन बनेगा छात्रों का Leader,,,, अगर कोई Politician बन गया तो सीधा सा आरोप होगा की राजनीति हो रही है और विपक्ष भड़का रहा है,,,,या फिर कोई Teacher लीडर बन गया तो आरोप लगाया जाएगा की सब Coaching माफिया छात्रों को भड़का रहे हैं
गलती सरकार की है क्या सरकार इन बातो से परिचित नहीं है की पुरानी भर्तियां अपनी last stage में है,,कितनी आसानी से कह देते हो एक बार और तैयारी कर लो,,मेरे भाई बार बार army का फिजिकल या airforce का written पास नहीं होता 😌

Written exam हुआ: Nov 2020 में
Written exam clear किया: nov 2020 में
फिजिकल टेस्ट पास किया : जन 2021 में
मेडिकल टेस्ट पास किया : मार्च2021 में
और मेरिट लिस्ट में नाम आया मई2021 में
और वह 1.5 साल से अपने joining letter का इंतजार कर रहा है
और फिर अचानक 14 जून 2022 को पता चला कि सरकार ने उस पूरी भर्ती को ही रद्द कर दिया यह कहकर कि अब जो भी भर्ती होगी नई स्कीम से ही होगी
मतलब 3 साल बर्बाद 😭😭
इसीलिए इतना प्रोटेस्ट हो रहा है

Just wanted to bring out some facts mentioned in this video.
1st: permanent commission and SSC ( short service commission) are officers entry schemes only and going on from a very long time. Infact the ratio of officers getting permanent cadre post 10 yrs of service (without pension) is same as AGNIPATH scheme and that is 25%!!!
2nd: before AGNIPATH scheme, all soldier entry schemes were permanent cadre only!! The boys you are referring to I.e. leaving fauj post 15 yrs and doing jobs like security staff are pensioners!! Because in all three services(Army, navy & airforce) soldiers can quit/ retire from service post 15 yrs with pension benefits!!!
As you said, their must be some thought behind bringing this new schemes but yes, I agree, lateral absorption in paramilitary forces would have been much better and beneficial for the society as well as economical if we consider expense on training of new recruits of paramilitary forces would have been curtailed to some extent!!!
