UPDATE:
If my recordings now sound a lot better than they used to, its because of my new mic setup! Here's a short rundown of my setup:
- Zoom H4n Pro - Between floor toms and kick, providing good floor tom low end and stereo separation between floor toms and snare
- Shure SM58 connected to input 1 of the H4n Pro - Between snare & rack toms, just next to and in front of the kick batter - providing a good snare drum "crack" and body to the rack toms
- Samsung Galaxy S9+ camera audio - for ambience and cymbals.

Hot Live? Never heard of that one before... well guess I have a new album to listen to. I initially thought by the title that you were referring to the Perfect Live version?! I've also found Zoom one of the hardest Casiopea songs on drums for me to play and its just like, crazy syncopated, all over the place, and subdivisions are everywhere, and where the notes are placed gives it these unique and original rhythms, like you could tell its Zoom just by the tempo and swing style alone, but this song might take me a whole year to master.

Also yeah, this song was such a headache 😂. Very fun to play but man the syncopation especially with the toms during the prechorus and chorus was so annoying to play 😭. Glad you liked this cover though, appreciate it :)
