Turn off the printer, take a pair of tweezers, and gently pull the leveling sensor without forcing it. Then, just turn the printer back on. It seems that this pin sometimes gets stuck, causing this issue. That's how I solved it.
It worked by pulling and twisting it. But noticed it was a little bent, so i pull it all the way and bent it to be as straight as possible, it did the trick. It is working now
Yes. This means that CR-Touch sensor has defect, i wrote to creality support, and create this video to send them. Creality sent me a new cr-touch sensor.

Yes, all Ok, arrived new, just plug in and start working
i fixed it by spraying silicon based lubricant in the sensor.
