    Hey Rusty ,

    I love the idea but one glaring issue. You’re running a 12volt pump on a 20volt battery. That pump is running much faster than it should and is reducing the life greatly. Amazon also sells a dewalt battery holder with a 20 to 12 volt step down.

So on behalf of your subs, thank you for what you do my man. Definitely trying to imitate your approach to your business and bring it to mine. I love and admire your attention to quality when serving your customers.
    I just set up this rig, I plumbed everything up except for the gun. The pump runs flawlessly when there is no restriction of the gun in line. As soon as I put the gun onto the hose, the pump starts freaking out. I tried to adjust the psi bolt and eventually all the back pressure just popped my gun off the line. What can I do to fix this?

      You’re welcome! Thank you for watching. Yes I have come across that a few times. I don’t recommend sanding without sealing because just one day of bad weather will wash it out so I don’t guarantee anything. You can’t “guarantee” a length on cleaning because that can change depending on seasons. I tell them it will typically stay clean for 8-12 months.

    • @rusty.nesvig
      @rusty.nesvig  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m not sure what you mean by the range of the sprayer ? And there is no sealer that connect to a hose. If you’re asking why is it superior to spraying bleach rather than 30 second outdoor cleaner from your garden hose it’s because 1. You can use SH diluted with water, saving you much more money & 2 you can have 5 gallons of ready to spray product rather than a quarter gallon.

      I just rinse lots of water through and they usually last me a good while. You can also run a bit of pine sol / water through it.

    I would recommend some kind of filter/strainer on inlet, for guys using chemicals.
    In case it's not fully mixed, it might suck on some soap or powder that's not fully mixed.
    It's around $20+(maybe less), for ones near the inlet.
    There's also ones for hose end, it'll act as a weight, and strainer.
    *Might need to use more flexible hose.
    Who knows, it might save you some money by making the pump last longer.
