Will your hot water powered Stirling engine cool the hot water faster than an "equal cup" of hot water cooled just by convection?

These can work both ways
If it's colder in the chamber and hotter outside it will spin in one direction
If it's hot in the chamber but cooler than the chamber outside it will spin in the opposite direction of the above.
Well at least I think that's how these one work anyway I could be getting them confused with another version
But there's usually a way to keep them spinning 😊

If you hook an alternator up to it with say some nichrome wire, after an initial start it should be able to generate it's own heat.
