I have used StylPro for over 1 year now and I love it! I don’t have the multi brush version so it’s slightly different, but it cleans and dries the brushes so quickly! Even my small brushes gets quite dry, and can definitely be used the next morning. From others experience I’ve heard it doesn’t work so well with other cleaning solutions, so you need the StylPro cleaning solution. You can get it on amazon amongst other places. I could not imagine cleaning my brushes in any other way now.
How thoughtful of your sister in law to buy that for your birthday! It looks kind of neat, especially if you want to use your brushes right away! Thank you sweet Lisa!🎂💗
Thank you for this review☺ I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, washing my brushes at the sink can be a painful process. This little gadget might be perfect for me to try out💖
I was actually considering purchasing one of those recently. I really appreciated this because I would not have had the patience to figure out how to get it to work.
I just had a marathon brush cleaning session this weekend! I watched almost the whole movie "You've got mail" for entertainment as I washed! 🤣. That brush cleaner looked great for large brushes. Thanks for sharing your experience. 🤗
Love your thorough review of this. It looks like it would take too much time to set it up and put away. I like how it cleaned & dried your large brushes though. I think I’ll stick with my Sephora cleaner since it does a great job in a short amount of time. Thanks for showing us this system; I was very curious how it performed 😊
If you need to clean a lot it’s pretty good. It might be more work as I read i. Comments. But for a lot at once and for those who have arthritis in our hands. It’s nice. I just love watching her too. 🥰🥰
I have an Amazon gift card and am ordering this NOW! I so hate cleaning brushes. The one I found is still Stylpro but looks to do the brushes individually, which I don’t mind. It comes with eight different sized silicone collars so hopefully it will fit most brushes. The cost is a reasonable $34 and the extra bottle of cleaner is $8.99. I will post my results back here and on our Beauty Chit Chat once I’ve used it. Thank you, Lisa, for the review!
Thanks for this! You just got me motivated to clean my veeeeery overdue brushes. I've had a stylepro since it launched and it's really so much faster and convenient. I use Cinema Secrets instead, cut with water, wash a few brushes then dump the dirty cleaner/water and go again with plain water to rinse them all. The Cinema Secrets REALLY gets out the dirt and oil. :)
It sounds interesting in theory, but it seems like it's more trouble than it's worth. I like my silicone scrubber that you attach to the sink. I add shampoo, and rub the brushes against the grids. I found inexpensive brush drying racks at Walmart, that do the job. Thanks for demonstrating the cleaner, but it's a pass for me! 😘
Rene Klein ~ May I ask, do you find the silicone scrubber is worth the money? I know that many different brands offer their version of it. I saw a You Tube vid where the gal (I think she was a college student), opted to use a silicone pot holder rather then a brush scrubbie, which I thought was wonderfully ingenious. I've always swirled the brushes in the palm of my hand, but I've wondered if the scrubbie does a better or faster job. Ahead of time, thank you for sharing!
I use Cinema Secrets brush cleaner. Dip the tip of the bristles in the solution, wipe on a towel ( paper or cloth) and boom, they're clean and dry in seconds. It's a amazing. You can buy it at Sally's beauty supply or Amazon. Thanks for the review.
I wonder if using it long term would ruin your brushes? It seems to really “flay” the brushes when it cleans. I’ve always been told to be gentle when cleaning mine. 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you for your demonstration Lisa, I have seen something like that but always pass it up due to skepticism. My drying time would be eliminated by using that. ❤️
Very cool! If I was a makeup artist or worked in the makeup industry this would be very handy when brushes need a quick cleaning. Thank you for this review..very helpful Lisa. 💖
Neat brush cleaner and the perfect gift for you. I found one of these gadgets (Vivitar Simply Beautiful Brush Cleaner) in Marshals for twenty bucks and I too found that my eye brushes were wet after I cleaned them, but it worked perfectly for my face brushes.
My daughter has one from Amazon that is a bit less expensive and she loves it. I was making her clean mine because it was so fast. But then she got married and took it with her...guess I need to invest in one myself...lol. Thanks for showing us Lisa
I have a similar one that does brushes individually and I found that it didn’t get my foundation brushes very clean. It’s great for eyeshadow brushes and it’s amazing how quickly it dries them.
I think the multi brush holder didn’t dry them because the smaller brushes weren’t in the centre of the spinning thing so probably didn’t splay out like the big brushes did. It’s the bigger ones that take an age to dry so I think it works well. X
One consolation, your handles won't fall off when you wash then in the Stylpro expect brush cleaner ,in my opinion the Stylpro is good for your larger brushes.
I had one of these that was less expensive and I couldn’t get it to work to save me time. Now I just wash the brushes, blot with a towel & let them dry overnight. Thanks 🙏🏻
Hi Lisa, have you used Cinema Secret brush cleaner? It’s liquid that you just twirl your brush around then jut pat it around on a towel to dry. The brush is dry in under a minute so you can use the brush almost immediately. I don’t know the magic but it’s wonderful but the problem becomes the cost. It’s expensive and this might be a better option. Even though you can just clean one brush at a time this might be worth getting.
I am really impressed! I've seen other reviews for a different brush cleaner, and the model that your sister blessed you with seems to be a much better model. You did a wonderful job at explaining each step, and answering questions that you anticipated we would have. Thank you for taking the time to do this review. May I ask, what brush solution do you prefer to wash your brushes with? Or, do you opt to use shampoo, or your facial cleanser? Again, thank you! :-)
Seems like you wouldn’t need to pay extra for the expert and attachments if they don’t work anyway. The original is less money. So would you buy one knowing what you know?
That looks great for the big brushes!!! I don’t know if I’d get it out for that though. I tend to be a lazy brush washer. 🙄 loved your review sweet Lisa!!!xoxoxo
I have a system similar to this one and I put my brush under running water before I spin it because I don't like the idea of the cleaning solution staying in the brush even though it spins dry. I have sensitive skin and I was afraid it would irritate
Good idea in theory I think, but seems like more time consuming than just doing it by hand. I speed up the process of drying my large brushes by using my hair dryer on low heat and low speed from a distance then hang them in my drying rack!
Thanks for this review my husband saw this product on Amazon and I was $60 I don’t think so really could it work? Shoot now I’m kicking myself for not letting him buy me it. Lol 😂
Did it take the finish off your smaller brushes? Looked that way. Nice for the larger brushes but don't think it is worth it. Interesting though, I had never seen it before.
I’m a little late to this game, but just purchased the least expensive cleaner at Costco for $14.99 (Georgia). This set Cleans only one brush at a time. You use the cleaner that they provide for foundation, concealer and any cream products And you do not add water to their solution. For powder, powder blush and browser, you can use mild soap and water. I Used baby shampoo with water. The “collars” for the brushes didn’t fit all but most of my brushes. Also, you cannot use The collars for double ended brushes, still need to hand wash those. Personally, I really like this product and it has cut my cleaning time dramatically.
This tool is amazing!! Too bad it doesn't do the same job for multiple brushes, it would have been amazing. But anyway as you said, the larger brushes take longer time to dry out and is fantastic that you can have them now cleaned in just few seconds :)
I have one please be careful it did tear up some of my morphe brushes to the point I had to replace them yes their inexpensive but I was sad to have to replace them
Thoughtful gift, but way to much effort. I’ll stick to my Sephora daily cleaner for quick cleaning if I need the same brush for a different color. I don’t have a ton of brushes so washing them once or twice a week is no big deal. Thanks for sharing though!
OH my... I think I will stick with my old fashioned way of cleaning brushes... the prep time alone makes me wonder how many I could get cleaned up.. then also having to pack the machine back up and store after use.
Hi Lisa ....looks like the manufacturer of the device needs more work....I have three sets of brushes so if one is washed and drying then I fall back on the other sets while that set is drying... thank you for this demonstration ...good to see you ...see you again soon 😘
Too bad but..back to the drawing board. Good concept and a thoughtful gift but I don't mind washing my brushes..I just hate waiting for them to dry so in a pinch for a quick freshening up of powder brushes I gently rub each one onto a cloth wet with micellar water, then wiggle it on a dry cloth and shape it. It's cleanER and drier but I feel it still needs a real washing later. The idea of not rinsing out a cleaning product and all the old makeup residue just doesn't feel sanitary. I would like a brush spinner for trying though.
You dont dilute the cleaning solution which comes with it. This is used for long wear formulations. You use soap and water for powder formulations. I cant wait for mine!
I have purchased two similar types of brush cleaners. The first one I bought was fairly cheap and the handle broke inside so that the brush holder couldn’t go in. The second one I bought is fine however my Morphe brushes didn’t survive. It ruined most all of the blending brushes I had by Morphe. I couldn’t reshape them and they literally started falling apart by shedding like crazy. I only use my machine now for when I have a lot of face brushes to wash and I love it for that. However I do have to change the water often. Thank you for your awesome review 💕
I don't think the brushes are totally clean. Are the ferrules getting wet with this system? It may dry the brushes, but I can wash my brushes so much faster and better with my Sigma mat. This seems gimmicky to me. IDK. What do you think? 💜🙄😁

@@vashtiramsaroop5410 I bought the scrubber at Homegoods, and it was about $5. I do think the brushes come cleaner using it.
Lisa, do you use baby shampoo to wash your brushes? If not what do you use?
Wow! My husband got me a similar device for Christmas but I haven’t tried it yet! I need to play with it now!
Let me know how it goes! Thanks Karen!
Looks like a fun, satisfying way to clean!! Thank you!!

Lol! Thanks Melissa! Let me know if you do!
Are you concerned about not rinsing them after cleaning? Or is the cleaner made to be left in?
It seems like a great concept but how harsh is it on the brushes?
At what point does the cleaner get rinsed from the brush bristles?
The process of lifting it out of the solution forces the cleaner and water off the bristles
Lisa, could you update on how much solution and water you end up using? Can the cleaning solution be used more than once?
I have a similar one that does brushes individually and I found that it didn’t get my foundation brushes very clean. It’s great for eyeshadow brushes and it’s amazing how quickly it dries them.

The multiple brush attachment does not spin dry each brush. It just spins the attachment so the hairs do not splay and dry.
I lay my brushes on the heater vents, they are always dry by morning.
Great! Thank you Mary!
It doesn’t melt the glue?
Michelle Stovall no it’s not that hot on air vents, I’ve done it for years
It looked like didn’t clean the bronzer brush completely.
