Lloyd simpson this does not revolve around sex though, the man can get tired of the same 2 women and choose to go for 3rd, then what? it never ends. The union is about establishment of structure for the children's sake. If she breed for another man, then she cannot be a part of this union, she must take that child and the father of it, no jacket here.

The video was cool, but just be honest and use terms that are correct. Don't use the word wife just say woman #2, becuz last I checked, Florida doesn't allow you to have 2 wives. So don't try to legitimize what you're explaining by saying I'm looking for a second or a 3rd wife. And basically what it boils down to if I was just to learn about this topic from you, if mi rich, mi can have as much woman as I can support comfortably. Seems like a male specific situation, doubt you'd be cool if one of your women met a nice guy and said, since is nation/family building we dealing with, I want him as my second 'husband'. Don't think that would fly with you at all. Seems misogynistic on your part if as I'm sure, none of your women can't bring another mab into the union.

Some women are full of it. Especially when they say they are not willing to be in a polygamous relationship but will sleep with someone's husband. It is out in the open that you are his wife and not a side piece. He cannot disregard you when he pleases. Polygamy was set up to secure the women and her children with the proper understanding that he will provide for her and their offspring Yes he will build her up to establish wealth, but ultimately she is his responsibility. Although it is illegal in America I would suggest that a woman has a written contract to secure herself if she decides to enter this type of relationship. Look at the ALL Black Nations nowadays. Too many children are not protected and they are prey to all kinds of nonsense because there is no man that can protect them.
I'm honestly just curious, I'm not in opposition of anything grown folks do, but I want to know what happen when one wife decides to divorce the man in such relationship and is made to pay alimony and child support by the court, leaving a huge financial dent as he may no longer be able o afford the other wives and children.

If polygamy is going to be an option in the western world, then it has to be set up properly and legally. All the wives need to be recognized legally as equal and all the children of the unions have equal share in the man's estate etc. The Muslims can do it; if they can love each woman equally, they can have up to 4 wives at a time. It's not a bad idea, especially in cultures where the multiple "wives" is a reality (Jamaica) but apart from the 1st wife, none of the "outside" women are recognized. Considering how broken the Jamaican family is, perhaps it's time to consider a new way of building family........

I'm not against polygyny it has been done successfully in certain cultures and kingdoms Day in Africa. Even in Islam men are allowed to have up to 4 wives although I know Bro +SouFloTV is not coming from a religious perspective. Me personally I wouldn't engage in a polygamous relationship because I want to prove that I can build a union with one woman. I'm not trusting of others to invite certain women and energy around me. But yes SouFloTV your understanding of polygamy and it's principles is correct. Even in a polygynous relationship the women must be considered. The first wife would have to approve of the second wife and so forth. It can help in nation building but it must be done right. It's different than a man making a whole heap of pickney having 30 children 15 baby mothers. There is no structure. Polygamy is as much about structure as monogamy is. It's not for everyone we are all different.

Brains is with me all the time now because I'm traveling and I travel for work on contracts any ways, then I'm home for months at a time where my children become the main focus, and I deal with the jealousy from both women as far as who gets fair time but that is all a part of it. Sounds more like an open relationship with one wife, not polygamy because legally, those women have no legal protection in America. In Africa, 26 countries have legal polygamy, so it’s beneficial for the Woman.
It is a professional principle of mine not to debate an issue in which I have very limited knowledge. And when it comes to polygamy I have never pondered that topic with any seriousness regarding the rightness or wrongness of it. Therefore I will have nothing to say about that. My comments will instead focus only on the definition and purpose you have outlined in the video regarding your concept and acceptance of polygam

The above is how you sought to define and distinguish polygamy and your embrace of it. But when one looks at all those points you made, aren't those the very same things being done in many monogamous relationships, except for one salient difference? And that is, in polygamous relationships there are several spouses bearing children whereas in a monogamous union, only one mother and one father are having the children. And please don't mention about a man who goes out and fathers a child on the outside because it ceases to be monogamous once that happens.
Now given that is absolutely and unquestionably true, then isn't it fair to say that the only difference you have managed to substantiate between a polygamous relationship and a monogamous relationship is how many "pumpum" (using your words) a man gets to sow his seeds?
And in closing, isn't that exactly the very point you said its not about (in the earlier part of your video)? Hmm.

If a man desires 12 children but his wife says she wants only 2, must he live his life according to what this woman desires, fathering only 2 when he was blessed with the ability to father 12? Now, if you bring 2 into the world and they both die, there ends your blood line, but if you bring 12, its highly unlikely all 12 will die before reaching a certain stage in life. The argument I made is a simple one. It basically says, of all the things YOU listed as your reasons for embracing polygamy, the only difference you were able to substantiate between that and monogamy is the number of "pumpum" (or females) bearing your kids. Everything else you mentioned are also present in monogamous relationships. That is my argument in a nutshell.

The only significance the omission of "friendship and nurturing" could have had on my earlier argument was if "friendship and nurturing" are two things that COULD NOT be found in a monogamous relationship. But we all know that monogamous relationships do have "friendships and nurturing" as part of a healthy family life.
And as for a man wanting 12 kids while the woman wanting fewer, that is hypothetical and does not establish a fundamental difference between polygamy and monogamy. That is so because monogamous couples can reconcile that difference if it arises or simply get a divorce.

Personally I have been in a polgamous situation without the kids. But came to lean more on the polyamorous side of the equation. No I am not gay or bisexual...just progressive I guess and not the jealous type. I am currently with a gf who is Catholic straight (not even bicurios even) and jealous to the point of telling me "If I ever catch you with another woman, we are done!" I know it's the other side of the spectrum for me but I love her because she is a good woman and treat me right. At times I wished my gf was more of what I'm used to and it can be an area of contention between us. At the end of the day tho, she knows my background and rightfully has her insecurities. She is one of those people who wouldn't do even half the things I've done in life or is even open minded to discuss or understand it. But so far we making it work. Big Up SouFLo, my opinion and yes I am American Woman Baptist in religion and deeply rooted in my God, I am not perfect and yes I to have sinned, and everyone else on earth have committed sin as well .On the other hand I am tired of American men and Jamaican men I can only speak of those two types of men cuz I haven't slept with any other. Who want to get married to one woman and have five on the side without either one of those five knowing that they exist. Thank you for finally talking about this aspect of your life. I am one of your subscribers who was curious about it. So you've explained polygamy from your perspective. How does it work in your everyday life? Legally, you can only marry one wife, what happens legally to your other wife? What about your wives? Do they have a rapport or are they kept separate? Also how do you share your time between them? I respect the aspect where you emphasize that the husband has to be able to support and encourage his wives, also provide and support his children. However, do u have a favourite and what happens when jealousy comes into the picture. I know you are a decent man and would not harbour women who fight. However, anything can happen when emotions get in the way, and how do u handle it? Could it be that your wife was just unhappy, for whatever reason.
