1 of my 4 HiLook cameras links and unlinks and records and stops recording many times in a day. Sometimes no recording for hours!. Can it possibly be the ethernet cable is damaged from NVR to Camera?

No link between the DVR and the cameras, how cab I reconnect the cameras, Hikvision DS.7604NI-E1/4P -2T no link
You can delete the camera, then online search, make sure your camera has detected on nvr, then add again

Bang..kalo no link..trus power switch poe di cabut dr listrik..trus di pssang lagi..normal kembali..stngh jam no link lg...dn sterusnya..apanya ta bang?
Bisa karena powernya drop, konektor kurang presisi, atau kabel terlalu panjang

You can check your infrastructure connection, make sure nothing isolation on network connection
Sir I'm from India and my DVR is not able to show live inspite of being online it's showing connecting failed after reboot of DVR it's back to normal
I think your network is problem, you can try factory default your router the set again, or maybe your device need to be upgrade firmware
@@hikconnect sir I did a firmware upgrade but then my recording quality was degraded after that so I installed the old firmware back again
