- The Volkswagen T-Roc R-Line is a Small to Mid sized SUV that really packs a punch!!
Inside beats a heart a little smaller than the Golf R, but but just as committed to pleasing it's owner.
In this video I take the VW T-Roc R-Line to the Northern Beaches of Sydney for a coffee at the Waterfront Cafe at Church point, and onwards to West Head Lookout, and Akuna Bay.

Fabulous car! Nice video too, congrats. BTW - VW recently announced they are removing the haptic buttons from their steering wheels and reverting to the classic physical buttons. This is because customers (and most car reviewers) really don’t like the haptic buttons. It’s good that VW is listening.
It is good that VW are listening, haptic is great when it works, I sometimes think progress happens even if it doesn't need to when buttons work fine

Great review Rob! Keep up the fantastic work! I've seen a lot of other reviewers test drive the T Roc R-Line with the Black style pack that comes with 19 inch wheels - their main complaints there were that there was too much road noise coming into the car on coarse chip roads, and that the ride was firmer than necessary. Did you feel that the 18 inch wheels made a bit of a difference or not really? Cheers!

I think the mix of real buttons and haptic feedback buttons is wise. Some cars are all haptic and touch and it’s an absolute pain to use while driving. It’s a huge problem but I’m sure it’ll be fine once our generation of real button lovers die off.
