Prince Solomon, with his closest man, Ibrahim Pargam Ibrahim receives the bad news in a hunt. His father Yavuz Sultan Selim Khan passed away. Prince Suleyman sets out for Istanbul without waiting. Prince Süleyman quickly reaches the capital. He attends the culus ceremony without waiting. His life changed in one day. He started his life as Sultan Süleyman.
Meanwhile, a galley loaded with slaves coming over the Black Sea is heading towards Istanbul. The hottest of the slaves is not yet aware that he is on a journey that will change his destiny. He is rebelling helplessly to return.
Sultan Süleyman wants to show what kind of sultan he is by the commands he gave on the first day of his sultanate. But not everyone will like these decisions. Sultan Süleyman does not hesitate to challenge all of Europe with the messages he sends.
Alex, despite all his rebellion, is brought to the Topkapi palace. His attitude attracted the attention of Valide Sultan from the first moment. But it won't be long before Alex learns the rules of the palace. He chooses a great target. Alex, Sultan Suleyman's first night on the way to attract his attention. Sultan Suleiman's wife Mahidevran just arrived from the palace of Manisa. He is looking forward to seeing his wife.

Bu sırada, Karadeniz üzerinden içi köle yüklü bir kadırga, İstanbul’a doğru gelmektedir. Kölelerden en ateşli olanı ise, kaderini değiştirecek olan yolculuğa çıktığının henüz farkında değildir. Geri dönmek için çaresiz bir şekilde isyan etmektedir.
Sultan Süleyman, padişahlığının ilk gününde verdiği buyruklarla nasıl bir padişah olduğunu göstermek ister. Ama bu kararlar herkesin hoşuna gitmeyecektir. Sultan Süleyman ise gönderdiği mesajlarla, tüm Avrupa’ya meydan okumaktan çekinmez.
Alex, tüm isyankarlığına rağmen, Topkapı sarayına getirilir. Onun bu tavrı ilk andan itibaren Valide Sultan’ın dikkatini çeker. Ama Alex’in sarayın kurallarını öğrenmesi uzun sürmez. Kendisine büyük bir hedef seçer. Alex, Sultan Süleyman’ın karşısına çıktığı ilk gecede onun ilgisini çekmeyi başarır. Sultan Süleyman’ın eşi Mahidevran ise Manisa sarayından yeni gelmiş. Eşi ile görüşmeyi sabırsızlıkla beklemektedir.

Ibrahim kept Hurrems letter to Sultan and wrote a response to her. Ibrahim did it for his own power.Keeping Sultan and Hurrem separated plus Valide and Mahideveran did the plot to burn Hurrem.Mahideveran always needs someone to cover for her or lie for or die for her.

In this scene I could see that although both Hurrem and Suleyman have blue eyes Hurrem's are like a lake with green in them in certain angles and light while Suleymans are like the sky and turn grey like a storm.

Firstly, I enjoy reading the Hurrem hater comments. I'm not sure if you fully understand how important she was to Suleiman's reign as Sultan in real life. Secondly, can you name one other person on the show who can call him Suleiman, and not Majesty outside of Hurrem? That shows how much power and respect she has from the Sultan.

I don't see how the Valide thought this plan would work in her favor. All it does is make her look incapable of governing the harem properly, which is her primary duty.
Because it was one of the fictional scenes. Usually those parts are not well written. Since Mahidevran was the trouble maker, when she was exiled, Hafsa and Hurrem were very close and nobody tried to burn anybody to death.
@@kayodewa I definitely know that it's fictional, but, yeah, the writers do tend to make a mess out of these hyper fictionalized scenes. Still baffles me, for example, that we're supposed to think that, in the show, Mahidevran sent poison to the table of the sultan, coming close to killing two dynasty members, but is somehow completely forgiven.

because his mother told him hurrem was only favoring the concubines she liked which wasnt true and so he thought hurrem was partialy responsible for the attack which is messed up which is why hurrem had to handle that herself which she did and became even more powerful for it.

The bad things happened to her out of jealousy. Valide, Hatice, Gulfem Sah, Fatma and Mahidevran knew nothing about true love so they didn't understand the love between Suleiman and Hurrem. They were power hungry and wanted to control the harem. Hurrem was a threat and to make themselves feel empowered they wanted to crush Hurrem like a bug and it back fired.

I re-watched & I had to freeze the frame to read it. Hurrem was speaking & I kept seeing her red eyes. Such a horrific part in this clip, made me tear up again. I'm so glad she told Suleman. All he'd need to do was have Aybige & Daye together or apart & question them about it. Then Suleman would know who caused the whole incident!
