I always thought I had been around large dogs until I cared for a Malamute named Bear. There is large and there is enormous. Seeing Star brought back good memories.
Star is aptly named! What a gorgeous boy. A huge fluff ball of love. So glad you were able to work on him. It looked like working on him was almost as strenuous on you as working on a horse. At least you didn't need your bale.
Star, there’s one big bundle of love, beauty and awesome hair! It was funny when he toured the office and I think a lot of good work got done there too.
OH MY, BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL DOG !! This dog is beautiful from nose to tail. Also he understands 2 languages. I am so impressed. He was so good. After his adjustment he was just prancing down the hallway. Good job Dr Doug.
Star is quite amusing with this back and forthcoming. He is like "Oh man... Where did I come from? Can just somebody show me where did I come from....? That was intense...🔧 but I feel better.... Where's that guy? Oh there he is. No I don't want. Where's the exit.... Who said that? O.k you're qute... ❤️ Let's try again....... 🔧⚙️..😳 ⁉️ F@*k 🤯what was that...? I 'm out.... Nooooonono😱"
Star was beautiful!! I will have to watch again. Lots of chatting I think I missed the end. Have a great night and a wonderful day everyone. Thank you Dr Doug 😁
WOW; what a spectacular doggie!!!! A Malamute that lives in Manhattan 🥰🥰🥰 thank you to his mom and Tia and to you Dr. D for just being a great Chiropractor to all sizes of doggies and humans 🙂
Wow that is the biggest Malmute I've ever seen! Gentle giant. I think it surprises them when they get adjusted. His head seems to come up better after. I wouldn't fear the reaction. Malmutes are known for being vocal. Another good adjustment. Interesting & I like seeing you enjoy the interaction as well as the animals. Although you can't teach passion for a service or interest I hope you can pass down your work/experience through internship or something. It's a really great service to animals who depend on our care. Nice work 👍
wow that‘s really awesome! so grateful for the subscription, welcome in the nicest community on YT, Star felt relieved afterwards, thank you so much for sharing Blue.
Star is such a big, sweet boy! Look fwd to seeing him again! It's nice to see a big dog that isn't getting hip dysplasia! I have a friend that has 2 big males! And a 3rd dog that's a female chihuahua! Guess which one is the boss? Yep, the girl! Lol
I LOVE watching your videos. As a dog rescuer I can see how so many of them could've been helped by you. I absolutely love how you ask them if you can help them. You've a very gentle spirit that can also receive respect from your patient. That's beautiful! However, someone who lives in a home like that makes methinks I could never afford you. Watching the massaging video next! Thank you for all that you do ♥️
hopefully your bad knee is ok Dr. Doug. I know them different body positions can be somewhat problematic for you when working on larger animals or when having to sit on the floor like in this video. But like you've said before, you just go with the flow and do what's needed. 👏 And you seemed to be doing very well in this video, so that certainly helps. Hehe it was definitely amusing watching this dog roam around and be so playful. Best wishes to him and his family :) And happy holidays!
I have never spoken to a dog like that or been around people who did. Just spoke to our dogs like I would speak to another adult person. Beautiful dog!
When I started watching Dr Doug's Animal Cracker and the good Doc was sorting out his music, intros and format, and there were only a few subs - Vaga Bond, Calvin, etc, you know who you are - now he gets thousands of views in a few hours! Well done Doug, I've watched all your vids and looking forward to many many more - happy Thanksgiving to you, your family, the online family and all the animals 😊
Star is an absolutely gorgeous Malamute! Looking at his coat, it is obvious that he is routinely groomed. I am happy that Dr. Willen was able to identify his sore spots and problem areas and treat them. I think the areas that were causing Star pain or discomfort were fixed and that he is leaving his appointments in much better condition than when he arrived. Good luck Star and be well. ❤❤
It is! I was recently told that if I have to keep going to a chiro it might not be doing me good and I should try physical therapy instead. I told that person I see chiro therapy as maintenance like going to the dentist etc.
@@t.y.5565 I've been a Registered Nurse for over seventeen years now and my sciatica pain is totally gone! Not to mention I have better range of motion. Big difference! Thanks; ) 💕
wow Star youre a beauty!!! Can clearly see some tenderness on the right front @13:50 & then a few mins later running up & down the hallway lol well done Doc!
Fantastic session. Star is beautiful with a great personality. Love you and your patience Dr. Doug! I was concerned with the pulling of the leash. Seems like this could cause or exacerbate an ongoing problem. What are your thoughts? Thanks for sharing with us and helping our animal friends.
Dr Willen, Star is very handsome, I like the line that comes down his nose and to the sides, makes him unique. Dr Doug, I might be mistaken but didn’t you had another dog on your channel with the same name as Star. You fixed what was bothering him cause he was running great 👍afterwards, he’s really big, fluffy and furry. You were really 😅awesome 👏with him and he trusted you in return, have a nice weekend doc, sorry I’ve missed the live chatting.
I believe if the leash is changed to something with support. Other than his neck he will not have the pressure repeating the issues he has. Beautiful dog. Great adjustments.
What's up Mr.Doug👊🏽 I totally recommend pet owners to watch the amazing animal cracker Channel😁 because animals are here to comfort us and heal us we have to do our due diligence to provide as much as possible to the forefoots🐕🐎🐖
Love the Malam(oo)ute... Great ⬆️ marking and side burns. Big Dogs need Big Love !!! Star your a Love 💓😘 Use to pet three of them before heading to H.S. So relaxing and they were a friend's, not mine. P.S. Tip tapping back feet 🐾 I believe 😊
Having raised a bunch of Australian Shepherds for 30 years I concur you never chase a dog😅 you just have to be the most interesting thing or you walk away and they will turn around and come after you but chasing them is just turning it into a game you will never win😅
Star is absolutely beautiful. When he had to walk if off the first time he left, I though uh oh Doc lost his patient but then he did come back and give you kisses. The end was hilarious while you were explaining what you did, and we could see the lady chasing the dog down the hall in the background! You must have been worn out after that session!
I glad there’s people out there that can help these sweet animals but can’t help notice how much and how hard the dog is panting That’s clearly a sign this animal is HOT
This was a very intelligent patient. He knew you were helping him, but he had to work through it in his mind.
Absolutely! I do think so. Thanks Fleet.
