I took my dog to the vet when she’s not there for visits. She get treats, cuddles, walks, and a small park to play in, so they associate the vet with happiness. My 9 year old German shepherd had to have her cruciate replaced (MAJOR knee surgery,) broke her foot when she was clipped by a car, had hernia/spay surgery, and more giardia infections than I can count (someone has an addiction to feral cat poop,) yet she’s always excited to go to the vet. Recently got a puppy and am doing the same thing; she LOVES the vet! It takes some extra effort, but it’s well worth it because it’s easy to get them to go AND they aren’t traumatized
Did the same with our dogs as well. We also board at our vet. She absolutely 💯 lives the staff. They love her. Even when having blood drawn, she never fusses. Always good to make that first visit a pleasant one. No fear associated.
My dog (a Staffordshire Bull Terrier) loves the vet. It's her happy place, she greets everybody like long-lost friends. Even in the car, she always seems to know where we're going and gets all excited when we're getting close.
Dogs are funny, I've lived in my house a long time. My neighbors dog must know, when I'm having a rough day, he comes over and says hey. He's a good dog. Even my cats likes him. But then again my cat luvs everyone. He thinks everyone is here to see him.
I was a mechanic when my vet came to get is car fixed my rottweiler absolutely loved her, but scared to death of the office! It worked out in in end, we treaded out services when she or her family needed my help she would give a check up. Best vet that I ever had and Madison's bf!😮
Always took both of my "boiz at the same time. Misery enjoys company. They understood that it was just something we would do over the year. Both 50 pounders, well brhaved. I miss them ❤❤❤
This is 1st game I’ve seen where both teams treated CC like a basketball player an not the enemy. 1st whole game they had “team ” playing moments. Finally 😊!!
Works for some dogs but not for all. Think of dogs or cats of having the mentality of a toddler (having some comprehension of where they are, but not quite what for); did you enjoy going to the doctor for shots or blood draws at that age range? If you said yes, you were probably at least a bit weird.
Have you ever been in the cage room at the Vet? It is a constant shrieking nightmare. I stopped allowing drop offs to my dog's vet and now he does not freak out.
We had enough animals our vet made house calls to handle them. Three horses, two dogs (three, briefly), two cats, one goat minus brain, and, for some bizarre reason, a peacock. The cats knew the vet. One figured out that hiding dead center under my parents' king size bed made her impossible to reach. Until we took the bed apart, anyway. The other cat just turned into as furry ball of disappointment. The dogs....the small one huddled at my mother's feet until her turn. The bigger dog was "Me first! Get it over with so I can mock everbody else."
I finally found a mobile bet that comes to the house to care for our 3 older dogs. And they’re still nervous! At least I’m not fighting them into, and out of the vets offices…..
Took Harley in. “I don’t have an appointment but-“ Harley barfs on the floor next to me. “This started last night, and we did call… he hasn’t stopped…” Turns out, he was okay, just had an overactive gut. Half-doses of antacids every evening worked!
I was very careful not to say the "V" word, for 2 days, but Chester still would not get into the car. I changed the appt. My husband said, "Why don't we at least go have lunch somewhere?" Suddenly, Chester is at the door.
Vets earn their money being the Bad guy/gal. My vet would speak German to my two loyal and sweet German Shepherds., Wolfy", and" Kenya" it worked well. R.I.P (Run In Pastures) you two. See ya soon in heaven with a new tennis balls, Frisbees, jerky and endless whipped cream cans.
Okay I'm not laughing that the young lady got kicked in the face at the Groomer since she may have been hurt but it still caught me by surprize and it was funny.

Dogs are the best people!😂😂😂
Well all animals have their high points ❤❤❤
Excellent, except for the narrator! 🙉
Totally! ❤
Ummm but they’re not people

Thats brilliant! Thanks for sharing.

Love, love, love all the different reactions....Love is a dog....

One of my dogs loved going to the vet. One of my cats used to give the vet head bonks of love.
Wow our two dogs acted as if they were in holiday camp. They just loved the vet.
A German shepherd can be your body guard and best friend , entertainer all in one
This is when it sucks to love big dogs, that and the bills. But you still can't have mine!
My pitbull LOVED going to the vet.
Thank you! Always a joy. ❤️
Our dog loves the doc❤❤
Always took both of my "boiz at the same time. Misery enjoys company. They understood that it was just something we would do over the year. Both 50 pounders, well brhaved. I miss them ❤❤❤
My Shepherd would sit on my lap at the vets and she would never try to do this anywhere else.
We have been there! Very funny but true!
3:43 "Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"
My dog likes the vet she walks in like the boss
I remember as a kid our dog use to go into an absolute panic as soon as we drove down the street coming close to the Vet place.
It depends if they have been really sick & been fixed up. Never had problem after that😅😅
This is 1st game I’ve seen where both teams treated CC like a basketball player an not the enemy. 1st whole game they had “team ” playing moments. Finally 😊!!
My dog loves the vet
I wonder... would be right to say that a Vet is basically a Dogtor...??? 😝🤣
1:31 Junge der hat gesessen xD
Cuteness ❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Maybe they should give them treats before and after so they don’t get scared every time.

My old dog loved going to the vet
He's so funny
😂 It's like humans going to the dentist same reaction so i totally understand dogs at the vets 😂
It was at that moment they knew
Their hoomans did them a bamboozle.
Have you ever been in the cage room at the Vet? It is a constant shrieking nightmare. I stopped allowing drop offs to my dog's vet and now he does not freak out.
1:32 well then 😂😂😂
My family’s chiweenie rescue resents me for taking her to the vet. She cowers when I visit. I get the unpleasant tasks!
Is it strange that my dog loves the vet?
I don’t know you or your dog but, yes. Yes it is strange. 😃
Cattle Dog looks like a twin mine
That's me when I have to go to the Doctor. 😊

4:09. It’s a lap horse!
So funny

Dogs are babies.
Kids do this too 😵💫like me 😬
THIS PET VIDIO IS VERY FUNNY
Thanks for watching!
Our sweet girl will be 14 this year. It’s only in the past couple of years that she finally stopped shaking as we got closer to vets office.
She is so used to going to the vet
Took Harley in. “I don’t have an appointment but-“ Harley barfs on the floor next to me. “This started last night, and we did call… he hasn’t stopped…”
Turns out, he was okay, just had an overactive gut. Half-doses of antacids every evening worked!
My lab would get scared and pee on the floor. She’d freeze out in the parking lot.
Scooby Doo would probably go into hiding and put on a disguise whenever the mystery gang tried to take him to the vet
Dogs smell the fear pharamones of the other animals. It makes them positively terrified of the vet's office.
I was very careful not to say the "V" word, for 2 days, but Chester still would not get into the car. I changed the appt. My husband said, "Why don't we at least go have lunch somewhere?" Suddenly, Chester is at the door.
Good video 😂❤
How i feel when i go to the dentist!!!

👀❤️🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕
I work at a pet store that has a grooming service and some of the dogs that get brought in have the scared looks.
I'm confused 'who is the emotional support animal?' Humans or dogs?
When Humans go the dentist: 😨😭😳😅😱🥲
Dog are like: what a baby
When Dogs go to the vet:😱😱😱😱😱😰😰😰😰😰🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Humans are like: you mock
I don’t blame the doggos I don’t like the doctors office either and I don’t like shots either!
Okay I'm not laughing that the young lady got kicked in the face at the Groomer since she may have been hurt but it still caught me by surprize and it was funny.
I think a lot of it has to do with the smell of everything.. maybe have some peanut butter scented candles or something.
U have a warm bed at home (UK) but you think otherwise. Now, you realise it but too late bcos of so much damages being done. Trust broken.
My badass german shepherd has pooped on the vet... more than once.
My little dog had to get premeds & muzzled for almost a year. Now she snuggles with her!
😂
10:24 Why do I have to wear that around my neck? Can someone explain to me?
timestamp 5:30 damn that chick is amazingly gorgeous
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
He is scared.
Why you play wit yo foo😑
Bob Sagat was funnier and more interesting with his narration😂🎉😮
This was great
The bloody owners are the problem. It's their neuroses that scare the shit out of the dogs!
please do NOT include videos of dogs with spike collars on! these are BAD for dogs and you should not normalize this by including these video clips!
Dogs see the recently dead. That is why they bark at what we call "nothing". Vets commonly kill pets. Dogs see the recently dead pets. So, of course dogs fear that they will be killed by the vet.

i avoid having pets and i certainly wouldnt go to a vet though i did once to help my elder cat..ya vets bad stuff
Stop pulling on dog's necks! Get a harness!
Stop taking your dog to vet for shots they don't need wow I can't stand drs who push shots they don't need.
A few are legally required like rabies. I agree we over vax and rabies vaxes generally last for 3 years but vets use that as a profit center
if you were a male dog and were castrated, you'd feel the same way
Groomers word of advice dogs r like horses if you get to close to the backed they will kick you
That's how a dog says oh hell no.
😂
